Amazing all the way through. The reason I've gone through so many is because I end up breaking them deliberately, but I always end up coming back to it. Never switching, never buying any other headset.

Surround sound headphones with an excellent mic

This works great. I tried some of the Logitech headphones which , although nice, did not have as good of a microphone. It's important to note that this does not truly have a USB microphone. The USB is a converter from a standard jack.

Packaging is good. My wife uses it mostly, and she sounds nice and clear on the other side. I wish it had a volume/mic on the headset for a quick adjust on the fly as opposed to dealing with the Xbox system settings. FYI I’m one of those ppl that the Xbox doesn’t give the option to change any of the headset settings, so particularly annoying and I have to use wired 3rd party controller/app to deal with this.
