This is a great headset. I usually use wireless but decided to try this on my grandsons recommendation. They are well built, comfortable and the sound is great.

I didn't know what headset was good so I tried different cheap ones, but this one is totally different. Removable earcups from fake leather to cloth. I preferably like cloth so it worked out. Mic is good but picks up a lot of frequency which can be adjusted with the little USB connector. The surround sound works well for games like csgo or pubg. Good quality and style for price.

I did an extensive amount of web browsing, reading reviews online, and watching YouTube videos on what headsets would give me the best audio quality and "bang for my buck" in terms of audio quality for games, movies, and music. I finally came across this wonderful headset for $100 and have to say that they give you audio quality and have build construction similar to headphones at double their price point. The cloud 2's are made with brushed aluminum so they are very solid yet somewhat flexible, they have faux leather earcups and headband which makes them extremely comfortable for playing games or watching movies for hours on end. They also come with a detachable microphone, an extra set of earcups made out of cloth fabric, a USB dongle for 7.1 virtual surround sound, a small audio adapter for airplane use and a mesh carrying bag to house all of the accessories and the headphones themselves. They work beautifully on PC, PS4, and XBOX ONE. Would highly recommend to anyone seeking a high quality and comfortable set of headphones for gaming or other activities as the sound quality is really as close to high end headphones as you can get for this price point. Please be aware that these are WIRED headphones not wireless, therefore you will never have to charge them but will have a fairly short cable which I found great for taking on the go to use these headphones on my iPod or laptop on the go at work and in college.

Headset performs as advertised. Installation was straight forward and simple. I purchased the set for WOW gameplay - there were a few adjustment that had to be made from within the game settings for optimal performance. I've used the HyperX headset for several weeks now and have been well pleased. Side-note: the over-the-ear cups are very comfortable - even after a couple of hours.

A bit sceptical getting this, having had issues with the hyper X cloud stinger I had first gone for.. But, I have absolutely no regret putting in the extra bucks to get this.. Great sound; works beautifully either with my game, phone, or with my laptop.. & using the USB surround sound connection, even better.. This is been money well spent for me, & I'd recommend it any day.

While my grandson is pleased with the headset, I was frustrated that the salesperson said they work with an Xbox. While they do, the enhanced voice controls that enables one to raise and lower the game volume and voice voice volume separately only plugs into the usb port of a computer not into the xbox. Otherwise they are well made, light and volume on video and speaking to friends fine.

I've tried 3-4 headsets after buying these from wireless to higher end wireless that just cost more but never performed as well as these. After 2 years of sub par headsets I re bought these, can't believe I missed them for so long. Great audio, USB connection is convenient, made out of almost all metal, would never buy another pair of headphones again.
