After reading and watching reviews, I knew I wanted some hyperx cloudx. I wanted the Pro x because it came with the hard case but they have been discontinued. I went for the Cloud 2 rather than because I thought for $20ish more I get the surround sound and another set of esrpads. Both esrpads are comfy but I prefer the leather ones. The other ones make my ears sweat. The 7.1 on ps4 sounds cool but rarely use it.

I work in an inbound call center and purchased the headset on recommendation of a fiend who had purchased one. I have issues with noise of agents around me. THIS this headset gives me awesome protection from noise from other call center agents. YIPPEEEE U BET I have recommended to many friends

Can wear them for hours and the sound quality is amazing

I bought this to use on my Xbox one, sound quality is pretty good, the Mic sounds good and you can tell where sounds are coming from. Of course that does depend on how loud you have the volume as well. You can't use the 7.1 surround cable with Xbox only pc as far as I know, haven't tested on that.

This is a good headset. Its comfortable, the mic quality is passable though nothing to praise. It sounds fine, and overall I enjoy using it. I wish the cable was fully detachable & replaceable from the headset though.

Sound quality is excellent and the earpieces are snug and comfortable. Microphone works well.

Third time is the charm I guess. The first 2 headsets which were afterglow and turtle beach either the chat feature did not work or compatibility issues with my Xbox one s. Not the case for the hyper x headset. Durable build, work straight out of the well designed box. They might not have the same sound as the $150-$200 range headsets but for $60ish they work for me.

They work really well overall and I would suggest them. My only complaint is that the sound crackles occasionally when connected through the USB remote on my PC. Direct connection doesn't seem to cause problems, but the USB connector seems a little off sometimes. They're also a little tight if you have a big head like I do. They took a while to get the right fit but they're really comfortable now.

I’ve only recently gotten into gaming so tried this out as a mid-level headset compared to other options. At first, I really struggled getting it to work until I realized the cord with the headphone jack wasn’t working. Once directly connected headset-computer, no issues. Good audio and microphone has high sensitivity and clarity. Very comfortable as well!

Pros: Comfortable ear cups Microphone catches sound very well Comes with carrying bag Cons: USB doesn't work with Mac OS Catalina (as of version 10.15.4), and this is apparently a problem that HyperX knows and doesn't care about Often have to fiddle with the headphone jack on a Macbook Air to get the computer to properly recognize the external microphone

It’s a great headset. Perfect clarity. You can hear and speak to players very clearly when playing games, whether it’s PC or Console. I love it

I gave this headset to my son for his birthday and he loves it. The sound is clear and it looks much better made that the one he had. His only complaint he had was that the microphone doesn't swivel up out of the way, you just push it up. Not a problem, just different than what he was used to.

I bought these during Black Friday, I can honestly say this I a great purchase. The sound quality is great and along with the comfort of the padding. I would highly recommend this to any parent looking to get their child a new Headset.
