These headphones are lovely - physically. Beautifully colored. They're snug - you can headbang in these bad boys & they wouldn't leave your head. Despite the adjustable settings for this, they're still snug, which may be a problem for those who don't like feeling like your head is being squeezed while wearing headphones or those prone to headaches. The sound quality.....will make due. I'm glad I got them during Cyber Monday for half the price, because sound quality alone - these are not worth $100. $50 is a much more suitable price. I bought these to replace a pair of Razers I have with a broken mouth piece - but I feel the sound quality in my Razers is much better than these HyperX. I'm a bass head; If you're looking for bass - these have none. The "surround sound" button on the remote connected just makes it sound like whatever you're listening to is coming out of both headphones, loudly with the same poor quality, as opposed to it sounding like it's coming from one headphone, with the feature off. It's like watching tv in a hospital room with the volume turned down. The headphones can be used in other devices, something I thought was cool, by detaching the adapter-USB plug at the bottom, reveling a 3.5 end you can plug into most phones or laptops. The microphone is also detachable. It came with a red lined set of ear cushions in case you lose the black ones that come on them, or simply want to change the color of the inside material. It also came with a carry bag to take on the go or store to prevent aesthetic physical damage. If you're looking for a "cute" pair of headphones that'll just get the job done, or that you can use for pretty much all your devices; These are it. I give it 3 stars for simplicity & wouldn't recommend to friends on account - my friends also like a lot for bass in their audio.

I and my wife have both owned the HyperX Cloud II Pro Wired Gaming Headset for over 4 years. My set was getting worn out (but still worked fine) so I purchased another last month. I started using them and immediately noticed the sound quality of my old set was far better than the new set. I tried them back to back several times and it seemed like the new pair had no midrange. I even tried the headset using my old audio control box and the one that came with the new headset but it didn't make a difference. Thinking I had gotten a lemon, I exchanged them for another pair but got the same results. I am so disappointed because I love the comfort and sound of my original set. It appears that HyperX is no longer a Kingston brand is now owned by HP. The only visual difference between our 4 year old sets and the new one is that the audio control box on the cord is slightly different (smaller/thinner and and feels a little cheaper). I'm not sure if HP changed the speakers that are being used in the headset or changed something in the audio control box (or both?) but it was a big mistake as they definitely don't sound as good. I used to recommend this headset to friends but can no longer do so. Pros: Super comfy, Well built and not cheap feeling. Good microphone. Cons: Sound is average at best. Not the same good sound that they used to have so take any review older than a year with a grain of salt.

Headset is really comfortable around the ears. Haven't had any issues and love the one-click 7.1 surround button. Mic Quality can be better, but gets the job done.

Absolutely my favorite headset of all time. I’ve had two pairs of these, and one that I regifted to my mother because even she liked them so much, and she doesn’t even game! I’ve never had an issue with this headset. I once thought I had an issue, but it turned out that it was my very expensive PC rather than these!! I haven’t ever come across an issue.

I bought this headset for my ps5 because it has the best reviews everywhere I looked. They sound great, but you don’t get to take advantage of all the features unless you do an update on them first (windows 10 only). It doesn’t say that anywhere on the instructions. I had to look it up. If you don’t do the update, the box doesn’t work. Even if it does work, you still have to connect the usb to the ps5 and then into your controller. Too much of hassle for me.

I love this headset. I went from a Razer headset to this one, and it did take some time to adjust but so far it is amazing. I use it with FPS games and for talking to my friends on discord... The only thing I have a complaint about is that I have the mic at 100% and it is very quiet. Just would keep that in mind if you speak quietly like me, it will not be that loud to others. Great quality mic though!

My outbound team needed headsets to help them communicate better with their clients, and the HyperX Cloud II Headset is perfect for this. Ever since they started using this headset the clients have commented that they can hear my agents louder and clearer.

It’s been about 2 months or so since i got them and they are easily my favorite headsets that ive owned. Very comfortable, after long usage it doesnt have any discomfort around the ears or anything. Definitely recommend
