BB Does Stand Products-Far limited Return Period

A previous pair of this brand purchased was exceptional so this was a surprise. As the individual using the product is on the spectrum, we did not realize the difficulties for a time with the product, and while we attempted a return at only 3 weeks (most retailers give 30 days), we found that BB only allows 15 days. This is not indicated in any obvious place on the product page; at least I do not see it. Disappointingly, the chat agent kept repeating the 15-day policy and offered no attempt at resolution. That is fine, it is the BB policy and we respect that but we will purchase a replacement set and our other orders with another retailer after this experience.

This is the one that he had chosen and was thrilled to find it on sale very inexpensive. he was extremely excited about getting this headset especially since they were able to find it on sale at such a good price and pass that information on to me. They love helping me save money and I love getting them good quality gifts
