I purchased these as a spare pair for gaming on Xbox. I tried them on in the store and read countless reviews and was convinced they were good. Upon getting them home I tried to play with them, and despite them being one of the most comfortable headsets I've ever used, they were practically inoperable. The volume range was extremely poor, and barely got loud enough to hear the differences in tones in audio. And a non stop high pitched feedback noise continued to play everytime they were plugged in. Granted they may be a faulty pair but as a first purchase I am not thrilled with this model. I cant speak for the entire company or other product though. I returned them. Best buy was great and easy to deal with.

Extremely comfortable headphones that offer you great noise cancellation and sound clarity. The headphones are wired which is the only issue, but the microphone is good and consistent (no cut out). Compared to my previous turtle beach headphones the audio clarity is fantastic and fits your head and ears with ease. A great buy without a doubt and would recommend to everyone.

Good head phones I use for gaming. I had Astro A50 rechargeable but they never stayed charged long enough for a long session, so corded work better connected to my controller with is corded. I can now wear them for as long as I want to play without worrying if the battery was going to quit before I was done playing.

I had wireless headsets before, but had a couple bad ones in a row so switched back to wired. This is the first one I went for because I’ve only heard good things about the HyperX headsets, and they were all true. They sound amazing and give me the ability to tell exactly where a noise is, which when playing games competitively can be very important and necessary!

My teen needed new headsets. Well, actually I needed him to have new headsets so that I didn't have to listen to his Fortnite battles. He likes the headsets and uses them whenever he plays Fortnite, but also when he watches Netflix, which is a bonus, because I don't have to listen to the TV either!

This is a good headset for the price. Make sure you understand that this headset runs off the battery of your controller. We have rechargeable batteries that use to last a long time. But with the headset connected they don’t last nearly as long. Otherwise the headset it very good for someone who doesn’t want to go broke on gadgets for the xbox.
