Chris really took the time to explain things to us without pressuring us on our final decision. I would say that once we got it home it lacked some instructions that would have been helpful to get it up and running. The only thing included was how to take the packaging out of the tower. Other than that you were on your own for set up and validation of your Windows 10. Had to call ibuypower to figure out how to register windows 10.

Difficult set-up

I wasn't given enough information at the point of purchase as a Christmas gift for my son. Very disappointed, come to find out it doesn't include WiFi. Had to use YouTube to find set up instructions, and still couldn't figure it out. The mouse was cracked and the connector cable screws didn't align. I'm sure customer service will make this right.

Can get better PC for the same price

I think iBUYPOWER , just using nice led lights and nice case to sell items I had it for 2 weeks it was keep freezing and I had to restart the computer for the same price I've got Asus so far is much better than iBUYPOWER and Asus I thing using better graphic cards and motherboard

Excellent budget gaming machine

Currently playing RE7, Rainbow Six Siege(high settings/21:9 1080P) and using CAD software with no hiccups. Added a second SSD to the system, there's no spare SATA cable in the PC, so be sure to pick one up if expanding HDDs. Also, only one PCI-E slot, so only single card GPU upgrading is available.

Good gaming pc

If you play disc games u need to get a disc drive which you can get one for about 25.00. Also if you play steam or Gary's mod, make sure you save the games to D drive. C is not be biggest drive for space. I had to delete and reinstall because there's not enough space in C.This system seems to boot up pretty fast. So far My son and I are pleased with it's performance.
