You have to add Microsoft word, excel, ect as it's not included

Multi Monitor Support

Monitors 3 & 4 need active adapters (not included). Sales person was not aware so pay attention to graphic card information. Great machine otherwise.

Tried to reload windows only to find out...there's no disk drive! Had to go back to Best Buy to get an external drive only it still wouldn't load windows. Returned

Returned unit and purchased a second identical one. The second one did not recognize the 1TB hard drive. Returned the second one and purchased another gaming computer from another site.

Corrupt system

After hours upon hours of my own work and help from Geek Squad, we determined the system was corrupt. Returned it and bought another iBuyPower (newer i7 version). It didn't make it a half hour through set up before resulting in blue screen. It was returned the next day. I will not be purchasing from this manufacturer again.
