If your not only using this for gaming, This IS NOT FOR YOU! No CD drive, USB ports, memory card area. We bought because it's a i7 for our DJI then returned within 1 hr of getting home. You have to be mailed a check even if you pay with cash. Just sharing that part.

This is an awesome PC, especially for the price and the technology that comes with it. This PC can play all you newer games pretty much at max if not ultra and still run fine with no lag. The remote for the lights is a little sketchy. The keyboard that comes with it is cheap along with the mouse. If you're a serious gamer, I would get a new keyboard and mouse. Obviously if you feel like saving money, we'll keep the stock keyboard and mouse. This PC will not need updated for awhile due to what all comes in the inside of it. I hope you guys love it. Ohh look at all the reviews on other PC. Yeah they might be 4.3-4.5 but out of how many. Look at that compared to this. People love this thing and mainly Bc the hardware and especially the price

The lights worked for a few hours. So disappointing.

I recently purchased this computer, and had high hopes for it. After testing multiple games such as CSGO and rust, the computer cannot run games on high settings at 60 fps. I was playing CSGO and couldn't even get 60 fps on all low settings. Waste of money.

Overall, This Pc is fantastic, While I did have some initial issues with the ssd I got past them easily. One thing to note is that This model has no dvd drive but comes with a windows installation Disk. You mean need to contact geek squad for assistance. However, I had a previously purchased version of Windows 10 pro, Therefore I already owned a usb installation media. As for gaming performance, This pc is Fantastic. I was able to push Skyrim Special edition to Ultra settings without the system breaking a sweat. As for ark, it can comfortably run both Ark and Survival of the fittest at medium to high settings. The powerful GTX 1060, The 16gb of 2133MHz ram and an intel i7 6700 make it a beast in it's own right.

This computer was fairly easy to set up, and has been excellent for gaming. It runs World of Warcraft very well, ARK, and other games. There are two shortcomings for us, though. The first is how difficult it is to use our simple (brand new) gaming headset. We purchased the Skullcandy Crusher headset just a few months before this computer. It's a single jack, and the microphone won't work since the computer has a split jack system. We bought a splitter adapter, but every single time we unplug and replug the headset, we have to go through the entire mic setup process again for it to work. Annoying. The second shortcoming is the absence of the DVD drive. That alone wasn't a surprise, but the multiple CDs included with the machine for installations and drivers was perplexing. Why supply what we obviously can't use? It also meant that we had to connect to the internet, unprotected, in order to install the antivirus. That being said, the issues are not overwhelming and the computer has served use well so far.

I could go into a whole spiel about the different features of this computer but I'm sure you have already read about all the specs and components of it. So instead I will only say that I have purchased many gaming computers over the past 10 years all of which in the 1000 dollar range. Normally this will only get you entry level gaming systems with under powered processors and graphics cards. However with this system I feel that I might as well have purchased some $2000+ Alienware system. This computer really gives you the performance and convenience of a high end system with the price of a home build. I will definitely be buying more iBuyPower products in the future.

First off I read practically all of the reviews before making my purchase. The one thing I saw constantly are people saying it only connects to Ethernet as a reason why they reviewed it a 4 instead of a 5. We'll, my purchase came with a wifi dongle that you attach in the USB. I'm sure yours came with it as well and might have overlooked it since it's so tiny (size of a quarter). Dollar for dollar this has to be the best gaming pc out there. Bought it for my kids since they wanted to play the alpha version of Hello Neighbor. Graphics was amazing and the boot of time is lightning fast with the added sdd drive. Definitely recommend this to anyone!

Wanted a lot of speed from my computer, a video card that could handle what I like to do, enough hard drive space to handle all the things I do on a computer. Wasn't looking for a gaming computer since I am not the "gamer" in my home, but it had everything I wanted except a disc drive, I need a disc drive for the programs I download and the pictures I put on CD's. Really didn't want to purchase a external drive. But I tried to get a HP computer that had almost everything I wanted except that good video card, when I had them try to upgrade the video card the disc drive was not compatible with any of the video cards, was not happy but then decided to go with this computer and even with purchasing the external disc drive I saved money buying this computer versus my first choice and got way more for my money than I expected! So I am very happy only have had the computer a few days but so far I am happy with it!

First off, the light up sides of the computer really hooked me. I enjoyed how easy it was to set up, and once I did that I immediately downloaded games off of steam. I tested the power of this computer with a couple of games that tended to lag on my old laptop, but overall I was super impressed with the graphics and how well they ran. This computer also come with awesome stickers.... I really enjoy the keyboard that came with it. I am a little sad that the light on the keyboard only comes from the sides instead of the whole keyboard. There is not a CD/DVD drive on this computer.

I'm very pleased with the performance and aesthetics of the i7 tower. Cons: I was a bit disappointed that it did not have a wireless adapter built in and no instructions on how to use the LED Light remote for the actual tower. (You need to point it very closely to the tower side until you figure out where the receiver is for the LED remote. Also, the keyboard feels very generic but most people will upgrade to their own anyway. Pros: Besides that, it plays all the games i've tried on high/ultra, runs my giant excel spreadsheet and pulls data quickly. Very easy to add and upgrade with the tempered glass side and very quiet compared to other towers ive used. Also, the price dropped $120 a few weeks after I purchased it so I was a bit let down since I could have bought a nice speaker system with those savings.

The ibuypower BB921 comes with an amazing tower that lights up and makes the pc look fantastic at night. It comes with Intel Core I7 - 16gb Memory - Nvidia Geforce Gtx 1060 - 120gb Solid State Drive + 1tb Hard Drive - Black/red as stated above, but if thats not enough; it also comes with more than enough room to upgrade in the future. I have enjoyed this pc since the first time I clicked the on switch. It looks amazing, it functions properly, and it gets the job done.

This is the first desktop I have ever purchased, and I am fairly pleased with the results. It is pretty quiet, and the lights are a great addition to the design. I don't game much right now, but I am confident I will be able to grow into this computer as I become more involved with more games. The set up is very easy. Great store service. I recommend this product A LOT!! I love it with all my heart. I wont be needing another desktop for a while.

I came into BestBuy looking for a good PC. I definitely got it!!! I'm so satisfied. It's literally MUTE. This PC makes absolutely no noise. The lights are amazing they aren't too flashy but if so you can change the settings with the led remote that's included! Updating drivers were very simple I did it all through the ibuypower website. Beautiful pc that runs perfect. Graphics are amazing. Can run ultra on GTAV! 100% satisfied!

I use this pc for Photoshop and Lightroom. The graphics card and i7 processor make it a good candidate for phot processing. I also really like the 120 gig ssd hard drive. The computer starts in a flash. I've only had it a few days, but so far I like it. One of the great things about ibuypower is that they don't pack a bunch of software on the computer that has to be sorted through and uninstalled. HP needs to do the same.

As expected, this computer runs smoothly. The duality of a solid state drive and a terabyte hard drive makes this computer both run fast and contain ample storage space. The graphics are amazing, much better and faster than my old computer. Although the keyboard and mouse aren't what I was expecting, they truly are made for gaming, with quieter keys than usual and extra side buttons on the mouse. Overall amazing product!

I bought this computer about 3 weeks ago amazing purchase. couldnt be any happier. this computer is super fast and I can play any game that i want to on it with no problem at all. I thought that with it being a gaming pc that it was going to be loud, but nope it is so quiet. it boots within seconds and it loads everything so fast love the solid state drive that it came with makes loading my favorite games even faster.

Not a gamer, bought BB921 just to handle the daily routines and work (AutoCAD, Rivet, solid work etc.) Had to put down extra $160 after tax for an external disc drive and a Wi-Fi adopter since built-in Wi-Fi and disc drive didn't come with the original tower. It will be better if Ibuypower can put the Wi-Fi adopter in. Called tech support a few times, overall experience is good. Did answer a few of the questions proposed. Appreciated. Remote Controller for the lighting is somehow not working. Don't know the reason yet, will contact tech support to see what's going on. (Keep posted.) One of the reasons to leave this comment is for a $10 Amazon gift card from Ibuypower as showing application to their customer. Hope can get it as promised. (keep posted.) 10-30-2016

Amazing gaming PC at a great price! Definitely worth the cost, cheaper as as a prebuilt PC than if you were to build with individual parts. Opened up the box, turned it on and it was ready for use! Very easy setup, great processor, quiet, does not seem to overheat. I have put many hours into it already and I have not had a single problem. Would definitely recommend this to anybody.
