This was my first gaming rig and man let me tell you that this computer is a beast! This computer is great for all uses, productivity,gaming, and editing! With a strong CPU and GPU. I had a few problems with installation but let the geek squad handle that. If your looking to bey your first PC, I would highly recommend this PC with a geek squad 24/7 plan. I used to play games on an iMac and that wasn't fun. I was able to play almost any game that i threw at it. With a great price, this computer has so much to offer.

I didn't want to go through the trouble of building my own PC, so I started off by buying this one. It has all of the components I was looking for in a good gaming PC and it's extremely simple to set up straight out of the box. The only downsides are that it doesn't come with built in wi-fi (so you'll need to buy an adapter separately) and it doesn't have a DVD/CD drive (but most games you'll be able to buy digitally anyways). Overall, this is exactly what I needed and I'm very satisfied with it.

Walked into Best Buy after researching different options all weekend. I decided to go with the IBUYPOWER because it met all my requirments. I found Rami my sales guy on the floor and he was able to answer my last minute questions and then rign me up. Set up was simple when I got home. It took my less than 10 minutes to get everything up and running. The mouse that came with it did not work though so please be sure to check all your parts. I was lucky to have a back up! The computer works and feels great so far! I will also add that the Best Buy folks said I would quality for free head phones and other swag after opening my comp, but I see no signs of that. Over all happy with my purchase minus the few mistakes.

Picked up this model based on it's specifications and excellent price. I couldn't be more pleased. This computer is mega-fast. Going through the boring initial re-installation of programs on a new pc was super fast. The fastest I've ever seen. Gaming on this model is simply amazing! I've own numerous gaming systems in my lifetime and this by far is the best I've seen. I'd recommend this pc to anyone looking for an excellent gaming pc at an affordable price

My fiance purchased this for me for Christmas. Tried to set it up the day after the holiday and found it running an error loop. Spent hours on forums trying to get out of this installation error loop but we ended up having to bring it back to the store to exchange. Got a new one, had Geek Squad install the OS and several other programs and its working great now. Knocked a star off for the initial defective product, but the new one we received runs incredibly! The tempered glass exterior with color changing lights is awesome is awesome in theory but the remote used to change the color of the light didn't work out of the box in the exchanged product.

I was planning on building something very similar to this build myself, but after seeing it on sale ($950) it made more sense just to purchase it pre-built. Immediately I was impressed by how clean and consolidated the inside components were. It basically booted right up out of the box and was running everything I play on ultra with no problems. On top of all of that, it is also very quiet and quite sexy with the LED lights. 5 stars for sure.

I purchased this desktop from my local Best Buy after doing a great deal of research and weighing my options to build or buy. I ultimately opted to buy this PC and I am very glad that I did. What made me choose this prebuilt was when I considered the individual shipping fees on components, the time investment, and mail-in rebate hassle associated with building a PC. The costs, both money and time, in my case boiled down to the iBuyPower PC being the better deal by far. I thought this would be too good to be true. I thought there would be some questionable components or cable management or some cost cutting going on somewhere. To my surprise there was nothing like that. All of the components are high quality, the cable management is done very well, and the overall fit and finish of this machine is incredible. If you are considering a prebuilt from another company like Dell, Acer, or any major PC manufacturer you will be getting some bloatware that comes already installed with that PC. There was no bloatware on this PC and everything was up to date driver wise. Little things like that make me very happy with my choice to buy this PC instead of building a PC or buying one from another manufacturer. The keyboard and mouse that come with the PC are pretty good as well. I would imagine that most folks who are buying this PC probably already have a gaming keyboard/mouse combo that they enjoy, but the bundled ones are solid. TL;DR - Seriously consider this PC if you are looking for a gaming PC but don't want to build one yourself or deal with mass produced PCs with bloatware, sub-par components, and limited ability to upgrade components.

I bought this PC because I wanted to get into more video editing. I was all Mac until I bought this, but it was time for a switch for my home computer. Reason being, price, specs, and all around ability to work and game. I am a designer and avid Rocket League player. For design, the BB921 is highly effective. Photoshop and Illustrator both run smooth with no hiccups or slow downs. I had four photos open, editing, in and out of camera raw and did not experience any issues. Had a couple files with dense vector counts and no issues with Illustrator either. (using CC for both!) For gaming, I mainly play Rocket League (addicted) and play for hours noticing nearly zero strain on the machine! I do intend in time to get some more intense games to really see what this thing can do under stress! But for now, I am enjoying some of the smoothest game play on RL that I have ever experienced. As far as looks/design, the case is beautiful! I love the angled edge to the front, and the glass sides are sick! I read about it but until I unboxed it I realized they are serious pieces of glass! The glass is really good looking with the lights! Tons of options with the lights too! My only complaint here is the rear fan and front panel on case do not change color, so some inside colors don't look as good, but that's the designer in me! Overall, this is a solid system! If you are a serious gamer, you may want to build for obvious reasons! But if you are like me, a bit of a jack of all trades and enjoy moderate gaming - this PC is for you! It's a killer deal to get home and hit the ground running!

I love the computer, it's super fast super quiet and runs smooth, meets all my needs for gaming.

I got this computer as a late Christmas present and was a major improvement from the old laptop that I've had since 2010. This was my first actual desktop and I'm extremely happy with it. It can run games like Ark, GTA V, Warframe, and Battlefield 1 on ultra settings with 100+ fps. The SSD makes it super fast when booting up. I've had this thing for a week now and I just can't get enough of it.

Opening this beast up and removing the protective packaging on the inside was pretty great imo, you get to see the core mechanics up close and personal, i would recommend however following the instructions before powering on and making sure everything is plugged in to help the setup run smoothly. It powers on insanely quick and after hitting the power button i can start playing online games in close to as little as around 10 seconds (loading times for servers vary) it's sleek, it's colorful, it's silent and can hold 2 more sticks of ram, and if you aren't up for aesthetics, throw 6 more gtx 1060's inside of it and make your monitor melt your face with realism.

This product is absolutely astonishing. I purchased it today, and so far so good! I have downloaded all of my games through steam, and I can run them with almost NO hiccups! The setup was easy enough, and I was able to do it without any hair pulling. All in all, amazing machine. Would recommend to ANYONE!

The price is really nice for the specs. Be warned it does not include wifi nor a disc drive, but it is fairly cheap to replace with external ones.

I Recently Received this as a Christmas present and so far every FPS game I run looks very smooth and I experience no FPS lag. It's definitely a great PC if you look to Update it in the future since it has a lot of room for it . Also, The PC is very silent even when playing games like Overwatch and CS:GO. Overall this PC is very good if you are looking to Game On PC

This is a great computer. It's perfect for gaming. The case is HUGE and there's plenty of room for air circulation. The lights on the display model were really appealing, however, when I got my unit home, the lights never worked. I brought the remote back to the store, but it worked on their floor model. I called Best Buy and they said they would take it back and swap out the whole computer for a different one. Well, we already installed a few games and all it needed was the light bar assembly. I didn't want to swap out a perfectly good computer, especially with all my information already on it. Now, I would have given this 5 stars...and it really deserves it on IBuypower's tech support and customer service. They're fantastic!!!! I called them and they walked me through checking all the connections. Still didn't work, they're in the process of setting up an RMA to send me the assembly for the lights. I also want to give kudos to Best Buy for their willingness to just swap out the system since it was only 2 days since purchase. If you're on the fence about buying this, my experience with tech support and customer service alone would definitely influence my buying decision. On a side note, and most gamers will agree, there is no wifi with this unit. Most gamers want direct ethernet connections...this was not the case with us, but that was a $50 fix, we just bought a wifi adapter. It also does not come with a cd/dvd rom drive, another $30 fix for a nice little external one. Small price to pay to keep that case empty and cool.

When I laid eyes on this pc i fell in love with the way how it look. So i purchase this pc bring it home and start playing csgo. The game play of the game was amazing. This PC has made my gaming life a excellent gamer. This PC had all the specs that i wanted in a gaming PC. Thank you Best Buy for teaming up with IBUYPOWER to get this model.

This is a solid machine. Between the 3GB DDR5 video card, plus the SSD/HDD combination, this gaming PC has all you need to play modern games. The lights are a good aesthetic, but the remote seems flaky... but I dont buy systems for the flashy lights, lol. Would like to see a fully integrated WiFi receiver, rather than a dongle, but it doesnt seem to introduce any mentionable lag so far. Would also like to see 4 memory card slots, but all in all this is a VERYgood machine at a great price.

Before buying this product, I had a very old computer that was very outdated and barely even run games, but after purchasing this product, I was astonished by the product's performance. The desktop could run any game I played with high FPS and not a single lag at all! Even though the product is pretty high, it was worth every dime!

I did alot of research and kept coming back to this pc. You cant beat the price. Great processor and graphics card! I would for sure recommend this desktop. Easy to set up. Love the colors constantly changing. The only issues im having is that i cant find the free gifts that came with it, but overall its a great gaming pc!!
