This computer is a great fast [c fpr gaomg best !!!

This Gaming PC is amazing. I never saw lag at all.

So there I was, just opened the box and "wa-zham."

Great motherboard with a lot of expansion options.

I may not fully understand Windows 10 just yet, but the specs by themselves work as I expected them to.

So far this is a good rig. My only complaint is the colored lighting does not respond to the remote.

It's a really good gaming pc I dose what I want and I've only had it for a bit now

Great Machine, One Question, Can i upgrade the GPU

It looked like the instructions that came with the box were for an older version of the product. It said to connect the monitor to the chassis using DVI or VGA, eventhough there was an HDMI connection available

It's nice but since when do disk drives not come standard with computers. Can't do what I bought the computer for. Very disappointed

after windows update and adding virus protection, system software ran out of harddrive space! system crashed during update error message on reboot: boot configuration data for your PC is missing or contains errors system recovery disk is for windows 10 pro/ OS is windows 10 home. And there is no CD/DVD drive in the system which makes no sence since there is software for the graPHICS CArd that comes with it on Cd that needs installed - NOT ENOUGH USB PORTS - HAD TO BUY AN EXTERNIAL cd/dvd DRIVE, USB HUB, And harddrive just to be able to install software included and my games - forgetabout plyaING BATTLEFIELD games on this thing! And Ibuypower tech support aND /OR CUSTOMER SERVICE - I CALLED EVERY # ON THEIR WEBSITE FOR 2 DAYAS FROM 7:00 AM TILL 5:30 PM est NEVER SPOKE TO ANYONE, LEFT MESSAGES IN GENERAL MAILBOX NOTHING, FINLLY did GET SOMEONE ON CHAT Clinton M only to be told TECH SUPPORT JUST LEFT AT 5:00 PM PST AND TO TRY Calling again tomorrow. In short it is going back today! in closing: the lighting looks really good in the store good luck getting it to work at home! and Don't bother trying to connect and setup your Razer keyboard or mouse !it runs out of hardrive before the software installs.

good gaming computer a bit slow after about two weeks but still ok

Day one has a error saying the computer was not turned off??? Blue screen. Best Buy person said it had wifi. Does not seem to have wifi. I want my last 2 hours back... Such a waste of time

I purchased this a week ago, and right out of the box its operating system was installed incorrectly. I went to Best buy and exchanged it. I got the new one up and running, and 2 days later with only installing Kaspersky antivirus the system crashes and it comes up saying it's overheating when it has been shut down. I turn it off, and after 24 hours it starts to boot naturally and shows it incorrectly installed Windows. I attempt to run Windows reinstallation and it just crashes again. At this rate I'm over 1500$ into this investment, and 2 computers in. I don't know where these 5 star reviews are coming from, all I see is a very expensive paperweight.

Gaming computer not bad for the price work geat for the first week then all of the sudden it broke so buy at your own risk

Really bad considering I received the computer for Christmas...opened up the box...download games...tried to run them...find out I am only running at 32 fps or lower...try to update my BIOS so see if that will help...And come to find out that the disc provided for your motherboard to update drivers is scratched and is not able to be read. So this basically ruined my Christmas because I didn't get to enjoy my present. So this deserves a 1 star. But overall great and deserves a 5 star.

I purchased this brand of computer last Christmas for my son. It came in bad shape and did not work. Secondly, it was missing hardware to hold items in, the boards were warped and were not properly supported. It was a big box with not a whole lot in it but some pretty lights that also did not work Best Buy did give me a full refund and they were very gracious about it. I am sticking to HP computers. Have six of them. I love Best Buy and the Geeks, but not the ibuypower computer.

Overall we have been happy with this computer but the keyboard doesn't work. Despite the fact that it says Warranty 1 year parts and labor, we just tried to return the keyboard for replacement and were told that it had to be returned by Jan 15. Computer was purchased on Dec 20. Why do the specifications say 1 year if you will not honor a 1 year warranty?

Did not come with most things provided, also the glass pannel on the sides are very brittle, they shattered just by me gripping them! The service also was horrible. of course I received my items back but of course I got them with attitude.
