I’ve had the Trace 931 for about 2 weeks now and it’s a monster gaming machine!! I’ve got it paired up with a Dell 27in G-sync 1440p monitor and it runs everything at max/extreme settings with 144+ FPS (G-sync max for this monitor). Mine came with an MSI GTX 1080 Armor OC, Adata memory, MSI Pro 270 motherboard, Western Digital drives, a Corsair Liquid Cooler for the CPU. I added three Corsair LED fans and got the case temps down 15 degrees. Very easy to do with all the available system fan ports. Overall I’m very happy with my purchase!!

Just received this computer as a gift and so far I really enjoy it! Setup was painless and it is running really well! Only quip is some lag in the color changing feature, sometimes the remote buttons don't respond the first time. But the computer itself is a beauty!

I initially wanted to upgrade my laptop which is a HP with a AMD A6 chip but after looking at the crazy prices for performance laptops I decided to go back to a desktop. I looked at Alienware but ruled them out because I read that because of their design some of their components(motherboard) can't be upgraded. I read the reviews on this model and it had everything I wanted especially the Kaby Lake chip that can be overclocked but even without overclocking it's a scorcher. I wanted liquid cooling and this model has a great cooling systems you can't hear anything even when gaming. I got the system for music production and it can handle everything Pro Tools throws at it and then some. I also use Plex and this baby can transcode like a beast it even has no problem with 4k. The lights are cool but I'm older so that's not really something I care about but if you do then the lights are nice and they can be remote controlled. I love the system it's very well built and uses some very good components including a Asus 1080 GTX. and MSI motherboard.

    Great Pre-Built!

I bought this system, as I needed a new one, and didn’t want to spend the time to build my own, nor try to find a GPU, in the current market. Came with: Asus z270 Pro motherboard Asus Turbo 1080 GPU Unknown PSU (haven’t looked, and don’t care as it will be upgraded anyway) G-skill ripjaws V 16G Ram 240 WD Green SSD 1T WD Blue HDD For the money spent, the PC is VERY good. I’ve had no issue playing any game, on max settings, and staying at 60fps. Although, I’m not a huge fan of the cosmetics of the case, it has really good ventilation, and the RGB lighting is ok. Not bad, for basic visuals. There is plenty of space, to add extra fans, if you need the extra cooling. While there are some things I will change because, let’s face it, no pre-built system is perfect, it really is an amazing system, for the money spent, and should last a long time, with few upgrades. With the ever rising costs of GPU, and Memory, you can’t go wrong buying this system.

    Great Computer Lousy Support Staff!

Computer was packaged great and everything was included. Unpacked and turned it on....kept loading right into BIOS. Called support and she had me try different boot modes and eventually asked me if I bought it locally and if so to just take it back for another. This was the worse support I ever had, she had a bad attitude, never asked for my name or product/model info? After hanging up and feeling frustrated I was able to think it out. I found where the hard drives were located and both had their plugs half in and half out. Pushed them in and I was good to go. How hard would it have been for her to ask me to check that. Anyhow, the computer is so quiet I always think it's off. Overall beast and worth the money, but just don't call their support number!!

Bough this computer on December 27, 2017. Pros: - Excellent processor and liquid cooling system to allow you to overclock your system. Very powerful hardware and can run almost any program/game at full capacity. - Neat tower design with interesting lighting feature that lets you customize the color of light coming from the tower - 1 TB of HD is more than enough to store any games, movies, or programs most people use - No hiccups in performance out of box, everything running smoothly with no technical glitches - One of the highest end graphics cards on the market - Good value for the price - keyboard has cool buttons to automatically open new web browser, open home files, messages, search bar, and control sound Cons - tower is large - keyboard that comes with the computer has some problems (feels cheap, some buttons like the home button next to the "cntrl"| key are poorly placed)

We are not gamers, but we were looking for a computer to run some pretty heavy mapping and imaging programs. This computer had all the features we were looking for, and it definitely does the job. It is fast, supports many heavy programs running at the same time, and is still upgradable as our needs and technology change. Very good cost benefit. We are very happy with our purchase.

    A fantastic new computer

On the four year anniversary of my old IBuyPower, the graphics cord shorted out everything but my 2 TB hard drive. I went to Best Buy, picked up this one and have been very happy with it. Geek Squad even mounted my old hard drive in the new computer in addition to the 1 TB HD and the 220SSD so I have plenty of room for Steam, BFG and GOG gaming now. The computer runs like a dream and is super quiet. The RGB lighting in the case fascinates all of my cats (albeit in different ways) and this thing runs like a dream. The only small snag I've found is that it doesn't like when I have 2 or more different versions of Excel files open (.xls, .xlsx, etc), but I think that's an Excel 2016/365 issue and not the computer. I am super happy with the computer and can't wait to start play Rise of the Tomb Kings for Total War; Warhammer II on it.

I got this computer today and set it up. What an amazing desktop! I did a 3dmark bench test and got in the high 7k rating. It runs very smoothly. The only issue I had was getting the sound to work so far I can only get sound through my headphones and not through the monitor? I will call support tomorrow to see what that is about but other than that get this machine!!

I was orignially looking into building my wife her own rig. I ran into (litterally) this computer at my local bestbuy. I was there for a graphics card lol, I saw the awesome specs and the price and i couldnt not take it home. I have ran some benchmarks and the graphics and performance are overkill for what we need but that means you are future proofing yourself!

I purchased this machine with the intention of editing 4K Go-Pro footage and it is an absolute dream machine. I was very unfamiliar with Ibuypower and after some research and saving I finally purchased this machine. Great decision, cannot reccomend this enough. It looks great, performs great, and it comes with a mouse and key board. What more can I say?

We fired up this machine yesterday. It was a Christmas present for our son. Setup was amazingly easy. We plugged it in, let it take some time to apply updates and my son started using it. It looks like it boots from the solid state drive because it is ready to sign into within just a few seconds. Very happy with the purchase.

After much research between building a gaming PC and buying a pre-built I decided to go with a pre-built. I liked the iBUYPower because I felt Alienware is far overpriced. With the prices of graphics cards right now I felt like this rig was a STEAL! I've been doing some long gaming sessions since buying this and every game I have played so far has defaulted to ultra graphic setting and stays steady around 100FPS!!! I am very happy with my purchase. I decided to go with this model over the cheaper version mainly for the graphics card and its liquid cooled wich may be overkill but WHO CARES! I highly recommend this PC if you are in the market. I know its a pretty penny but its well worth it in my opinion.

I wanted to wait a little before I posted the review. I purchased this at Best Buy about a month ago now. It was on sale for $1499 and that was a great deal. When I opened it the top part of the front plastic part of the case was cracked. The packaging was really good though. I called Ibuypower and they sent me a new piece in less than two weeks. All is great. All the parts are quality parts. I did upgrade the power supply because I added 4 additional hard drives and wanted to make sure I was not stressing the 600W supply that came with it. All in all it has been a good gaming computer so far. The GTX1080 and the I7-7700K are fast and I have also purchased a Vive and no issues with slowdowns on this system.

I got this during a sale and am very happy with how much money I had to spend on it. I had been looking around for a couple months for a brand new desktop without putting one together myself. I was amazed with the sale that this one had a 1080 vs the ones I had been looking at only had 1070s in them. Every game I play runs smooth and can be on high/ultra graphics!

The first one would not load windows had to return to BestBuy... The second one (the replacement) is working great! As a privet pilot I practice using x-plane 11... The iBuyPower is a very good computer... I was using shuttle SX79R5 but could not fit the Nvidia GTX 1080 inside. With the iBuyPower NO PROBLEM.

The price out the door was some 2,000 with a warranty. Shelf price is 1699 which is pretty close to what would have been spent piecing it together part by part. The model at 1,099 had a 3 gig 1060 and half the SSD size. There is no optical drive built into this model. You'll need an external if you use discs.
