took time to set up but in the end a very good gaming comp.

This was my first gaming desktop and it was awesome. Blew me away and while outdated now, was still super happy with it.

the computer did not even work out of the box so i have to waste my freaking time to go to geek squad to get it fixed ughhhhhh i cand stand this

Bought this for my stepson and works fantastic, plenty of speed

Bought one for my son for Christmas. It failed out of the box. I had to listen to him tell me how bad Christmas was all day. I took it back Sat. morning They said they would order another one and it would be in Wednesday. Now my son is moping around waiting for his replacement computer to get here. He says it is the worst Christmas ever.

Looked for a good gaming pc. Found this one. It's awesome.

I was trying to buy a more expensive gaming computer, but lack of supply forced me to look at this more inexpensive computer. I couldn't be happier with the result. Computer boots up without delay and response is excellent. For the money you can't beat it.

iBUYPOWER is known for pc's being DOA, and this is no exception. This PC, at 4 months had faulty USB ports, a faulty graphics card, the wiring was frayed, the lights were not glued on, the thing failed to come with an activation key, the wi fi adapter would only give incredibly slow speeds whilst my other devices were perfectly fine. I had to send this in for repair, and even though I have an extended warranty, I was still forced to spend 70 dollars to send it back to repairs, which were incredibly slow, and when I got it back, there was grime and oil or something all over it, the glass was scratched, the hinges on the door were clearly removed by the repairmen, bent, and then placed upside down, and left the door broken as a result. They also FORGOT to send me a wi fi adapter. Meaning it can't connect to wi fi. When I called to complain and get my missing part, as well as a new door, I was put on hold for 40 minutes, then insulted, screamed at, and sworn at by a customer service rep. Whatever you do, stay away from this computer and this company. They are nothing but god awful.

I bought this computer as a present for my self on my birthday asi have always had laptops & wanted a more suitable gaming pc so i chose to go with a desktop for Obvious reasons for gaming.. I am real big into playing Second life which is a virtual world. All my graphics are set to low & have always been set on low. I have not downloaded anything besides the proper viewers for my computer so i Dont have any viruses. I do the common google searches & constantly stream YouTube. I have had this computer for going on 5 months now & it is a piece of junk. At first it was good then i noticed the Pc would either constantly Crash or freeze which would force me to do a hard shut off ((pressing & holding the power button)) then re starting it. 5 months later... Bam!!!! The pc wouldn't start or go into safe mode. It continued giving me an error msg code 0xc000021a ..i took it to a nearby computer shop & they did a reinstall of Windows 10 & updated the drivers & ever since then it don't work right.. Much slower n constantly freezing. Don't ever buy ibuypower brand i seriously would not recommend this to any one. I did my Reviews prior to buying & idk save your self from the headaches/stress. Good luck

Didn't work right out of the box. I also noticed the nameplate for the "Ibuypower" logo was very crooked on the tower. Not a big deal, however they can't even get that straight. Makes you wonder if quality control is non-existant with this company. Returning this waste of time today.
