Scheduling for installation was a little challenging but was able to finally installed on Wednesday, almost 4 1/2hrs. I love it but i wished they also install it on my factory remote too.

I like this gives you longer range and provides feedback that the command was sent, and the vehicle started. Bonus it works on diesel vehicles.

It has a very long range. I park in a garage and can start my vehicle in my building. Install was free with the purchase. I caught it while on sale!!!

The buttons on the remote is hard to push.

I reserved the date and time which I had scheduled right after I purchased the device. I was also reminded by text message about my scheduled appointment three consecutive times. The installer called someone and explained the situation. The person starts talking to me trying to explain what I was discussing with the installer, making me feel stupid, as if I didn’t understand. I am a US born Hispanic who is bilingual and fluent in both English and Spanish. I was literally discriminated by the person that was called in to check what was happening with my appointment. I was clearly talking to him in his native language, English, he asked me if I needed an interpreter so that the interpreter could explain to me in my language what he was talking about. Really??? I myself make a living out of interpreting for Hispanics. The dude literally offended me with his stupid offer instead of finding a solution to the stupid issue to install the device. They didn’t even have the required wiring available. So all the man said was, “we would need to give you another appointment because we need to order the items we need to install the device, we are out of stock”. Wow!!! I cannot review something that was not installed in my car, Sorry!
