Purchase this for my car ordered online went to the store to make an appointment to have an install and was told Best Buy does not do installations anymore so I had to return it

Simple and convenient option. Works great in my son’s Honda.

If I could leave zero stars i would. This is a keyless push button remote starter. Waited 2 months for install appointment. Took a day off work and drove an hour to be told i did not have an appointment. i had confirmation emails and was at the correct store, date and time. GM offered nothing but a new appointment. Waited a month for new install date. Install did go as planned. 1 week later, I find out that the remotes are not programmed to my car. "KEY ID INCORRECT" My car had started normally up to this point b/c i had the original fob in my other pocket. Without the original fob in distance, car cannot be driven.

I wanted to install this myself, but there’s no info online how to do it so I returned it.

I'm sure this is a great product. But I wouldn't know. It takes 6 weeks to get a GeekQuad appointment and it's not something I can install myself.

This unit makes my traction control turn on? I’ve had nothing but letdowns.

Completely inadequate documentation. There was nothing in the purchasing process or scheduling of the installation process to let me know I needed a harness. Got to the install appointment and the guy right away says "where's the harness?" Didn't get the install and returned the product. Next install date was weeks away. Disappointed in Best Buy's process on this one.

Returned. This does not have a security system with it. You must buy it separately. As for the cost of $699, it MUST have an alarm included. It took it back to Best Buy.

I purchased the product to make the vehicle more enjoyable, unfortunately the cord was cut to my hood at installation so it wont open and my headlights are not functioning properly. I never would have had Best Buy Vestal install this product if I knew theyd ruin my essentials and not answer their phones to make it right

Product is terrible for the money u are spending had to flash it 3 times plus didn’t tell u what the website was to do it and also didn’t come with a wiring harness that u absolutely need

Does not preform like we thought it would. When starting the car you can’t have the heating or air conditioning going so the car is not warm when you get in.

This is the worst experience I have had so far with the Best Buy store. I gave it two stars because my order was received. However, scheduling and making sure ALL the parts needed were communicated=Zero (0) point. The manager of the greek department was very unprofessional and did not care to hear what I had to say. Please do not buy this product. Too much hassle getting it installed.

System works as intended. Auto start works great. The car stays on until you press on break, with key fob near by of course - otherwise system shutdown. Only compliant is remote is fairly cheap plastic, durably might be a problem down the road.

The starter is draining m my battery. I wish I wouldn't have bought it.

Ok product. Not what I was expecting. Ok for price.
