Product is terrible for the money u are spending had to flash it 3 times plus didn’t tell u what the website was to do it and also didn’t come with a wiring harness that u absolutely need

Completely inadequate documentation. There was nothing in the purchasing process or scheduling of the installation process to let me know I needed a harness. Got to the install appointment and the guy right away says "where's the harness?" Didn't get the install and returned the product. Next install date was weeks away. Disappointed in Best Buy's process on this one.

I purchased the product to make the vehicle more enjoyable, unfortunately the cord was cut to my hood at installation so it wont open and my headlights are not functioning properly. I never would have had Best Buy Vestal install this product if I knew theyd ruin my essentials and not answer their phones to make it right

This is the worst experience I have had so far with the Best Buy store. I gave it two stars because my order was received. However, scheduling and making sure ALL the parts needed were communicated=Zero (0) point. The manager of the greek department was very unprofessional and did not care to hear what I had to say. Please do not buy this product. Too much hassle getting it installed.

System works as intended. Auto start works great. The car stays on until you press on break, with key fob near by of course - otherwise system shutdown. Only compliant is remote is fairly cheap plastic, durably might be a problem down the road.

The starter is draining m my battery. I wish I wouldn't have bought it.

Free installation was included with purchase, which is why I purchased it. I've waited nearly a month and a half for the installation appointment for best buy to cancel it 2 weeks before the appointment. The next available installation appointment is in another month. No, thank you. I'm just gonna return the remote starter. Very frustrating, not worth the wait.

I received this product on Jan 7 2022, i had 3 scheduled appointments for the installation, and as of today Jan 28 2022 my remote starter still has not been installed. Every time i attended each appointment at 3 different locations to get the installation done, geek squad told me that a installation was not scheduled, and i could receive a 30min consultation.Please be advised that getting this product has been a catastrophe, so purchase at your own risk!

Bought this and went in to have it installed and when I got there, found out I had to buy a t-strap that will cost extra and best buy doesn't even sell the kind I needed for my car. I then had to make a new appointment to get it installed after buying the t-strap separately on the internet and now have to wait another month and a half to get it installed.

Keeps disrupting my smart key and the car's telling me to take it to the dealership for service and the dealer refuses service because it's a 3rd party remote installer.

I have appointment today 01/08/2022 at 4:20pm to do installation this remote starter for my car in the store in Cypress, I also called the Customer Service in early morning to confirm about this and they said that everything is all set, I could bring my car there. When I got there, they said that the Geek Squad people don't work at that store anymore and nobody could do that for my car. What's happening with you guys? I came back home and call them, they let me wait for a long time, I mean over 30'. I think what you guys should do is give me a call back as soon as you can and do the right thing.

There 3rd party remote starts can really mess with your car in nasty ways. If you have a newer car that had an optional remote start package, see if you can still install it like I could.

The only thing i don't like is if you park on a uphill it does not work. Was told its due with a safety issue it thinks the hood is open..

Really loving the fact I can warm up my vehicle every morning while getting other things ready.

Don't purchase this remote started as you'll probably need a T-harness in order to install. Best buy told they don't offer this part anymore for free therefore had to purchase elsewhere and let me tell you it's not cheap so I had to return it

To be fair I can't give a true review. Bought it in December and was told I have to wait until March to have it installed. I believe this is going to be returned.
