AVOID BESTBUY FOR ANY INSTALLS!

Had to reschedule install, which I did THROUGH the bestbuy reminder text. Well, the original install date just passed, and they cancelled the order. Spend an hour online with chat and 40 minutes on the phone. Phone support disconnected me after they went to "fix it". Chat blamed me for it all. I would NEVER trust them to touch a car if they can't even schedule appointments right. DO NOT BUY THIS OR ANY REMOTE START FROM BESTBUY!

Not what I expected.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Does not replace keyless fob in car. So if you want to walk around with two fobs, this is the product for you. I tested it at the airport and didn't get the AutoStart until about 2000ft away.

Not installing as advertised

It was advertised that installation is a part of the package. I will have to cancel this order. Very poor, I expected more from Best Buy
