The molded vinyl rubber edge piece is rigid, and the cable itself flexes well. I pulled a line from our router to the media room in our home, and had to go through a hardwood floor and some drywall. The cable held it's shape after being snaked through the walls. I've had other cables in the past not fair up to the quality of this cable.

I was trying to play Xbox live on an Xbox One X and it was so laggy I couldn’t even load Netflix and my internet WiFi speed was over 100Mbps. Turns out I was using an outdated Cat 3 wire and it was maxing my connection at 10Mbps. Get the cable that allows you to utilize the internet your paying for!
