My nine year old uses it to play game and do homework

Would be a lot better with a Windows Operating System

I am not satisfied with my purchase, the tablet is so slow...

I wasn't looking for a power house tablet, just something the kids could use with their favorite apps. SnapChat pictures are upside down, Facebook is SLOW to load, and the Google Playstore frequently crashes. It's great if you want a simple web browser though. Chrome works OK.

This is my first tablet and the price was right. I am unfortunately having difficulty using it. My phone and laptop are much easier.

i bought these for my grandkids and they love them

We were looking for a small laptop for our 7 yr old. I brought him with me to see what he he liked. Looked at several. He saw this one and liked because it was detachable. We are Very satisfied with it. Does all it says will do and more

Bought this as a dedicated e-Newspaper reader for my elderly mother and it works surprisingly well for the price. Even though the display resolution is not a 'retina' display, it has good contrast and brightness and is sharp enough for occasional reading.

It was a good tablet. There were a few issue. I had to reset it quite a few times. What made me return it was the battery would not hold a charge. I would plug it in at around 4 in the morning use it at 7 evening put it up not plugged it and when I went to use it it was dead. That is why I returned it hope you can find a way to avoid this issue.

This tablet meets my needs and is a great low price option for someone who doesn't want to break their budget. The speed is a little slow compared to a more expensive product. Overall it functions well, and the detachable keyboard is a plus.

Good product overall, very slow to boot and to use some apps. Bought it for my kid so it works fine for him

Bought this tablet from Henderson, Nevada Best Buy in 'an open box' (possibly a return etc). Big mistake because when my son opened it we could get no further as it hadn't been reset correctly and needed the google account of the old user which we didn't have. We contacted the manufacturer and a computer engineer and Best Buy help line to be told it was indeed useless without the Google account and needed to be taken back to Henderson store, not so easy when by now we were home in the United Kingdom. After many days of online chats and calls to Best Buy with no help given I have given up and recommend that you check before you leave the store that your product is working. My son as you can imagine is very disappointed.

I know I didn't pay much for it but with today's technology I thought it would have a better screen resolution

It is too much slow, even I can't open 2,3 wbsite at the same time. I wanted to return or fix it but it was already 1 month used at that time, so I didn't bring it to the store. But I feel so bad

Excellent tablet, especially for money. quad core, streamlined without all the bloatware, and the battery life is amazing, per charge.

These are ideal for children nine years old or 12 years old they seem to hold up pretty good

Google play store kept on crashing even after couple of reset attempts. Had to return the item.

Product is great for beginners.,or if you just want to browse the internet. Not enough storage!

This Insignia Tablet/Keyboard provides the same features you would find in a computer. The USB port on the keyboard can accept a regular thumb drive. I leave my laptop at home and use this for travel.
