This is the slowest tablet I've ever laid my hands on.It also can't run a lot of apps.

This item has very slow response. You can hunt and peck type faster than the tablet can put the letters on the screen.

The biggest drawback of this product is weight ,speakers and restarting

Slow & crashed first time I turned it on. After a few days returned it.

I bought this tablet just to play app games with. I had a amazon fire before and didn't have any problems with any of the games I downloaded. with the insignia the back of the tablet was always very hot, and as for playing any of the games was consistently freezing when playing the games. would not recommend for games, as for just surfing the web it was decent.

The good: Nice picture, good battery life, detachable physical keyboard easily attached and detached.. The bad: Opens up unrequested apps and then reports they are frozen or will not completely open. Slow opening apps, which then sometimes lock up.One would think with the amount of ram and the processor it would be speedy but it definitely is not. Very heavy with the keyboard attached. The most frustrating thing about the tablet is the opening of unsolicited apps and the the fact that you have to remove them from the session to keep working.

exceedingly slow. died after 6 months of rare usage.

After one week the keyboard quit communicating. I took it back and the Geek Squad looked at it, said there was nothing they could do. I was offered an exchange but I opted for credit back and purchased a Samsung tablet which I should have done in the first place. Don't try to go the cheap route and get a good tablet in the beginning.

Returned it. Did not work well froze up constantly.

Equipment is not simple to use. It has come off it's program and it is very difficult to reprogram. I had to get help from the installer the first time. Unless you are an expert, it is difficult to use. It has come off it's program again and I'm waiting to get it fixed again. Why this has happened twice, they have no explanation.

It worked for a month then the screen gave out and it stopped working.

It takes a long time to charge. It takes 2 full day's for it to fully charge.

We bought the windows 10 version of this but it wouldn't work right. So we returned it and accidentally got this google version. We figured it would work fine. This thing can barely surf the web without crashing. I'm assuming it's because it doesn't have enough ram. Too late to return it. Do not waste your money.

Didn't last 6 months if at that. My hubby was not happy with it.

Limited use. Spend a little more money and get a better unit.

I bought for my mom. Her first computer. Had to exchange 3 times.

I purchase a GEEK SQUAD CERTIFIED item and after many hours of trying the device, I gave up. It would not clear out someone else's data. Exchanged for a new one and the item is not as described true USB-C does carry all function. Asked questions on INSIGNIA website only to get the runaround.
