It's a cable.

Compared to the ones you can get for pennies from China, this is probably a bit better quality, but you're going to pay for the convenience of getting it right now and not worrying about if it will work or not. I needed it to fix Grandma's tv before I drove home from Thanksgiving, so I couldn't wait. Otherwise I probably would have taken my chances. It's a cable. They're all basically the same. Save your cash.
