This Cat-6 (fits ethernet ports) is durable, rugged and makes a great connection for your add-ons (like Apple TV, gaming console. I find it enhances the performance of a hdmi cable on my Apple TV, and the nice thing is once it's clicked into place it's a secure connection unlike hdmi's which can become loose. Coming in various sizes I strongly recommend this insignia networking cable!

I had to get a new one as fast as I work from home. This baby did the trick. It supports fast speeds. Two days ago I upgraded my service to 1G. I have my ISP modem connected to my wireless/wired router. Then this cable running through the attic to my office. to an 8 port switch, then another 8 footer to a 5 port switch and to my 2 systems. Still getting between 700 and 850mb speed.
