Don't be mislead by length

It also does what it says as far as extending the area in which you can connect headphones. HOWEVER, do not be mislead by the cord length listed. The 20 feet cord is COILED, which means it really has to stretch to reach that length. Once you get beyond 10 feet, tension is created because the coiled cord is "pulling" itself back to being coiled. This is very annoying if you're using headphones at that distance or beyond, and also puts unnecessary stress on the jacks. There are better 20 foot cords out there, unfortunately, none available at Best Buy. This is the only extension cord they offer at that length.

The adapter parts of the cord can twist and when they do it makes the audio cut out a little. But if you have it set up so the cord is not getting moved it works okay.

Good headphones extender
