Not a good quality connector

But the quality is so bad, I returned it right away. I can't believe Best Buy carry this item.

That said, the coiled wires really don't stretch 20 feet without great tension applied, not something you'd do while wearing headphones.

It does not stretch to the full 20 feet until you have extended it several times.
