No amount of rotating the cord jacks could clear the break ups and crackle. Volume levels dropped off to undesirable lows. Mine goes back to store. Do not want a re do.

The only reason I didn't bother exchanging it was due to the low cost I assumed all of them would be just as poor. Disappointed in Best Buy -- Insignia is their house brand and they need to either do better with it or offer alternatives from other manufacturers.

Horrible Extension Cable Kit!

I't shorts out making cracking sounds, the adapters don't make a good connection leaving it in-operatble all together...
