    I bought the Cat cable so my laptop would run faster on the internet. The wireless router was too slow. The cable helps greatly.

    If you're serious about gaming, forget Wi-Fi and hook up direct line to keep your speed comparable to the pros. This cable does the job.

    Little bit pricey but if you want quality this is to go for. Home Depot carries cheaper cables but worried about its ability to give a good throughout.

    Cat 6 cables are much faster then the cat 5 cables that I was using allowing downloads at a much faster rate, you can't go wrong with it
