    if you want gig speed from your ISP, you have to get rid of your old cat5 cables and upgrade to cat5e or cat6. Be sure to look at your bottlenecks in your network.

    What can I say: standard Cat 6 cable. Good deal on "open box" and got it shipped to me free in 2 days. If you need a cable, this one has a nice clip release. I hate the recessed/surrounded ones and this one is open and easy to disconnect. Cable sheath also seems thick and resists tangling and pinching.
