I haven't got chance to compared this massage chair with other brands and models, and I've only used one other massage chair, but decided to get this Insignia model due to the sale price and financing options. The great thing is that the delivery is free with installation. Since then, I almost use this for massage everyday, and although I tends to enjoy the whole massage process in different modes, there are some areas that the massage rod pushes against my neck that considered too much pressure to me. Although not considered hurting, but for the other times I tested another massage chair at a friend's house, it never give me this impression and actually I end up falling asleep over at friend's house. But I believe that chair costs double the price of this one. So overall I still like this chair with plenty of modes and adjustments, along with Bluetooth speakers. Just wish the head area has more paddings once the top padding is removed. Since most massage modes goes to the neck area, so often times I have to remove the top padding to allow the massage rod to reach. so without the head padding, my head will end up leaning on a piece of wood plate beneath the leather wrappings, and not feeling too comfortable. Otherwise, I'm satisfy with this chair and give it a 4 stars.

If you ask your spouse to rub your aching back or neck after a long day and they purposely do a terrible job so you don’t ask again…… this chair is for you! This chair is fantastic! I’m still just using the preset message settings and am very impressed. I was kind of skeptical about purchasing this chair due to some of the reviews I read about it being more of a light pampering rubdown. Well thank you to the review I read on just removing the pleather covering for the back that is actually only Velcro’ed on. The chair has air chambers on top of your shoulders and forearms which hold your body while the back massager gets in there. I’m very impressed with this machine, in fact half the time it puts me to sleep. We purchased this as a deal of the day special which was 60% off. Hope it lasts because we sure use it. You only really install the leg portion of the chair so installation was a breeze. The chair is wider than most standard doors which limited me to having it in the living room but all good.

We bought this for my husband, who has a bad back. While every intent of this purchase was 100% for him. I had NO IDEA how very much I would love it and the rest of our family. I am on my feet all day and think nothing of it as it has been my career for 30 years... to be moving and standing all day. This chair... melts... me... to sleep... My favorite mode is Manual and Kneed... The 3D feature does allow the massage mechanisms to go wide and I really believe that is critical vs. other models that just go up and down... the wider capacity of the massage is heavenly. We will continue to love this. Glad I could get this "for my husband" ha, ha...

Best purchase ever! This chair is wonderful for people with back, neck, and leg issues.

Whether you like a deep massage or not, this chair does the job. The adjustable settings and presets make it very user friendly with many options. The bluetooth and heat is a plus, but so nice. Have had it for a few weeks and the only issue is that it seems to have gotten a bit louder than when we first used it. Other than that, I would recommend!

I have had this chair since December 2022 and absolutely love it. It has become essential. So much so that I just bought a second one for my winter home in the South. The chair rejuvenates after a day of physical work. It is eliminates stress. It is so relaxing that I almost always fall asleep in it. It seems to be a passive form of exercise. Combined with exercise and a healthy diet it has helped me reduce my weight to a level I have tried for years to achieve. It also helps tone muscles. My back is limber and flexible, and cracks on its own, which I have only achieved in the past with regular yoga. It is now a regular, essential part of my health, wellness, fitness and anti-aging lifestyle. It pays for itself in a month compared to paying for 1-2 hour massages. More importantly, it eliminates the inconvenience of going to have a massage or having someone come to the house, which despite intentions never ended up happening. Your only regret will be not getting it earlier. It is worth every penny at full price and goes on sale fairly often for a large discount

This chair has been amazing! So amazing that I canceled my massage membership because I use this chair daily. My son uses it to aid with sports recovery. I have let several family members sit in my chair and 2 of them immediately wet to BB and bought the chair!

The chair is very relaxing and comfortable. A lot of different massages and more ways to customize them. The bluetooth feature is nice to hear smooth sounds and music while using the chair.

I love love love this massage chair and use it daily. I am 6'2" with a tall torso and this chair is able to reach up to my head and all the way down to my calves. I got this for Black Friday when it was on sale (well below $1500) which made it an incredible deal. The only nit I have is it doesn't have some of the massage types that I experienced in other chairs at the same level, and I find the calf massage mildly uncomfortable - but I have massive calves compared to most people. This chair goes on sale frequently throughout the year - so I highly recommend this one if you are looking for a chair.

I got this for black friday, totally worth the price. Compared to the other massage chairs priced at 10k, this bestbuy brand is your best bet. I ordered this chair, hoping it would help my recovery from an accident. I am pleased it is exceeding my expectations. The chair in fully body massage is quite impressive. At 6'2" I thought it may not reach my neck, but it does...Overall I love the chair and would recommend it to anyone.

I love this massage chair!!! As a nurse it pays off my 12 hrs shift.. having back pain after a long shift this massage chair really helps a lot and every time i use it i fall asleep.. I grabbed this during one of the Deals of the Day, and its been amazing so far! Ive tried a couple Osaki 3D gravity chairs, and have always loved them. But grabbing this for only $1300, having the exact same features and intensity feel just as well, is a steal! Insignia really never disappoints with their products.

Built in programs provides most all of one’s needs but can be programmed to one’s likings. Bluetooth for music or listening to programs on phone is great. Full electronic adjustment of zero gravity is available as well as heating pad for the back only. Got DotD.

This is an all around massager. Has heating as well which is a great addition. So many different types of massages that you can select or save your own settings. Also comes with Bluetooth speakers so i usually listen to some relaxing music. Best product money can buy! Just do it!

I bought this for my husband's birthday. He works outdoors and goes to the chiropractor often. We've had it almost a month and he uses it almost twice a day. I've used it a few times a week. My seventeen-year-old is active and she uses it as well. No complaints so far. Warning, it will put you to sleep! It's so comfortable and I like you can adjust the intensity of the pressure. We had to take it out of the box to get it through at 35 inch wide door frame but it came through fine out of the box. The stretch and adjust feature for height in the legs is amazing. It gives a wonderful foot massage. I wish the pressure in the arms and wrists were tighter but I have a small frame so I'm sure it's tighter for larger persons. I got this during the Black Friday deal and the price is definitely worth risking not having an extended warranty. We've already gotten our money's worth between the three of us using it.

It was better than expected. I saw this on sale and thought I'd give this a try. I did test out many others in stores that were prices around 4-6k. When I saw this went on sale, I thought I could always return it if it wasnt any good. Wow, it felt like the 6k chairs! 3d massage is also fantastic! You can adjust the intensity and different types of massages. I'd recommend!

This is the best purchase my wife and I made for our house. Any time either of us has an achy back or neck or foot, we just hop in the chair for 20 minutes and become refreshed. And it comes with free shipping and installation. Two guys carried the whole thing up one flight of stairs and set it up in less than twenty minutes. Next thing I know, I'm watching the Price is Right while watching the tension in my shoulders fade away. In winter time, throw a blanket on top with the heat on full blast, and you'll be off to a winter wonder dream land.

Relaxing and comfortable massage chair. Price was good compared to other chairs, only downside is the warranty is only for 1 year while my other massage chairs had 5 year warranties so hopefully the chair will be trouble free
