We have had the chair for about a month now. And I use it just about every night. It goes way past my expectations. I have always wanted one. When it went on sale pre black Friday, we jumped on it. It was delivered, put together, and trash taken away. The delivery and setup took at most 30 minutes. The guys who dropped it off and put together were very nice and respectful to me and our home. There are so many functions to the chair. And all of them are customizable. We are still learning everything it can do. But it's amazing! I'm 5'-9" 150lbs and its a perfect fit. My wife is smaller and she fits in the chair well to. My brother-in-law is 6'-2" and he was pushing the height limit but still fit. Overall we are very happy with our purchase. Time will till on longevity of the chair. But I still feel it was worth it!

I've been wanting this chair for a while now, so when I found it on sale for the lowest price I've seen as of late, I quickly snatched it up. The massage features are top notch and the 3D audio is the icing on the cake. I haven't tried the custom massage options yet, but I'm certain I'll be pleased with those as well.

I purchased this chair a little bit before Black Friday. The first one arrived with the left arm air bags not working. I contacted bestbuy a few days later, also because the price dropped $100($1200). There was no issue getting the problem fixed. They delivered a new one a few days later and picked up the broken one. Installation guys were great set it up in the house and removed the old one and all the packaging. I’m in this chair almost every day. Got a pedicure the other day and now I’m totally unimpressed with those massage chairs at the nail place. Buy it on sale you won’t regret it.

Love this massage chair. The price is right not too expensive and offers too many functions and features compared with the expensive massage chair.

I couldn’t be happier with this chair. Everynight i come home I’ll have a sit and listen to music through the bluetooth. So relaxing.

This chair is amazing. It massages every part of your body from upper neck all the way to the tip of your toes. It’s approximately 20 minute sessions and by the time it’s over you will feel the difference immediately. I’m totally spoiled in a great way. Love it!

Really a great massage chair with many features. I enjoy the bluetooth capability with relaxing music while I’m getting the massage. Highly recommended.

The chair is amazing! It has become the favorite chair to sit in amongst my family. It messages neck to toe with a variety of settings. Very easy to use. The only issue I have is that the zero gravity position is not comfortable for long stretches so of time. It’s not uncomfortable but there is room for improvement.

I just got it today, and still exploring all the options. So far, I LOVE IT!!! I like a deep massage, so I didn’t use the attached pillow. My head would go back and hurt my neck being bent back so far, so I started using the pillow. Much better! Body stretch didn’t have the Thai Back Stretch, but I found it in Back Stretch…go figure! Lol! The only thing I would change is the foot massaging rollers. I wish it would do my heel and maybe textured rollers, but it still feels good. I was wanting to put it in my bedroom, but my door only has a 32” opening. So, living room it is.

It is a very excellent chair. This chair has a many choices of massages, some are invigorating while others are soothing and relaxing. I will often fall asleep using the chair. My long time wonderful wife hates how these chairs look and never wanted one, now I can’t get her out of it.

I paid for delivery plus setup and it was a breeze. Using the chair for the last 9 months has been great, the air bags in particular are very strong and exert a pleasing amount of pressure. I do wish they sold accessories like a cell phone or tray holder. I bought a boom mic tripod and clip my phone into that. The only problem I've had is the calves massage portion barely makes physical contact with my calves, therefore the massage is completely ineffective. I'm not sure if this is a design flaw, or a bad unit, or the delivery service installed it incorrectly. I'm 6 ft tall and normal proportioned, so I dont think I'm the problem.

This chair has powerful massage & has heat! My daughter falls asleep in it so the intensity can be dialed down. We use it everyday. We were able to learn to use it right from the remote without reading through the manual. Really nice remote too with graphics.

This chair is worth every penny especially after a long day. There are several settings from energizing massage to just neck and shoulders. There is also a manual setting that allows you choose specific areas of massage. The blue tooth speaker is nice and I play spa music to heighten the whole zen mood. You can adjust the pressure which is reassuring because some days I want more pressure on my feet. The neck rolling is my favorite. I have literally saved hundreds on massages.

This is a great chair, its warm and durable. I use it everyday for about 40 minutes. I am 5'9", 240lbs, and this chair fits me just right! There are several features that i am still discovering, mainly because i like my two favorite settings, the Rejuvenation and Sport Recovery are my favorite. Turn on the heating function and add a lightweight blanket and get ready for a very relaxing power nap! Also, i play sleeping music and connect it to the bluetooth and its like I am submerged with ocean sounds.

 The entire family loves the chair from all the different settings and the zero gravity feature. The chair is phenomenal. 

I am in love with my massage chair. Everyone who comes to visit me falls in love and wants to buy it. Just saying...

This massage chair is worth every penny! Got it for $1600 on their deal of the day! Hubby and I use it everyday. Perfect to relax you after work! Just buy it!
