I am in love with my massage chair. Everyone who comes to visit me falls in love and wants to buy it. Just saying...

For the amount we spent the chair is excellent with no complaints. It could use better cushions but the modes and options do a outstanding job. I dropped it a star due to the lack of an extended warranty option.

This was an excellent investment in the massage chair

This chair is amazing. It massages every part of your body from upper neck all the way to the tip of your toes. It’s approximately 20 minute sessions and by the time it’s over you will feel the difference immediately. I’m totally spoiled in a great way. Love it!

This chair is God sent… I have a very bad back and was thinking about this for years. I pulled the trigger and feel is one of the best decisions I’ve made for my health. The chair is awesome, all kids of massages, beautiful look, superb quality, strong build, feels like if its worth 3 times the price I paid. Love it. Is now in my daily routine. My back feels so much better. Thanks Best Buy for having this item. The representatives that delivered and installed it were superb. Great attitude super knowledgeable and nice! The chair is amazing! It has become the favorite chair to sit in amongst my family. It messages neck to toe with a variety of settings. Very easy to use. The only issue I have is that the zero gravity position is not comfortable for long stretches so of time. It’s not uncomfortable but there is room for improvement.

It is a very excellent chair. This chair has a many choices of massages, some are invigorating while others are soothing and relaxing. I will often fall asleep using the chair. My long time wonderful wife hates how these chairs look and never wanted one, now I can’t get her out of it.

Truly mazing massage chair! We've had it now for almost 2 weeks and can't get enough of it. This chair replaced a 21 year old Sharper Image chair which for the time we bought it was fine and lasted us trouble free so my hope is to get the same reliability from this one. The configured programs are well thought out and not too harsh or wishy washy. Once you start a program you can set different intensity parameters to customize your experience and save them in your profile. Chair has a modern Wall-e look to it and needs to be stepped into and then slide back in the seat. Once it starts up your in there for the duration unless you cancel the program. The speakers sound really good and provide plenty of volume. The hardest part is staying awake as I get so snuggled in and comfy I generally pass out and miss the last 5 minutes lol

Love this idea, I wish I bought it sooner, it does what it supposed to do

We have had the chair for about a month now. And I use it just about every night. It goes way past my expectations. I have always wanted one. When it went on sale pre black Friday, we jumped on it. It was delivered, put together, and trash taken away. The delivery and setup took at most 30 minutes. The guys who dropped it off and put together were very nice and respectful to me and our home. There are so many functions to the chair. And all of them are customizable. We are still learning everything it can do. But it's amazing! I'm 5'-9" 150lbs and its a perfect fit. My wife is smaller and she fits in the chair well to. My brother-in-law is 6'-2" and he was pushing the height limit but still fit. Overall we are very happy with our purchase. Time will till on longevity of the chair. But I still feel it was worth it!

I purchased this chair a little bit before Black Friday. The first one arrived with the left arm air bags not working. I contacted bestbuy a few days later, also because the price dropped $100($1200). There was no issue getting the problem fixed. They delivered a new one a few days later and picked up the broken one. Installation guys were great set it up in the house and removed the old one and all the packaging. I’m in this chair almost every day. Got a pedicure the other day and now I’m totally unimpressed with those massage chairs at the nail place. Buy it on sale you won’t regret it.

Beside the popping when elevating up, its a wonderful and beautiful chair, great full body massage and the way it tighten up of your calves is amazing. I give it a 98. Besides the popping.

This chair has powerful massage & has heat! My daughter falls asleep in it so the intensity can be dialed down. We use it everyday. We were able to learn to use it right from the remote without reading through the manual. Really nice remote too with graphics.

I couldn’t be happier with this chair. Everynight i come home I’ll have a sit and listen to music through the bluetooth. So relaxing.
