I picked this up on Black Friday and have only had it for three weeks, but it has been AMAZING. I have minor back issues and have used this chair every night and it has been great for my back pain. My wife also has begun using the chair and she is thoroughly impressed. I would say my favorite things has been the quantity of the chair, the many different massage types and the quality of the massage. I would HIGHLY recommend this for those looking for a 3D chair but don't want to spend 4k to get one.

Beside the popping when elevating up, its a wonderful and beautiful chair, great full body massage and the way it tighten up of your calves is amazing. I give it a 98. Besides the popping.

Initially hesitant in my part since Im used to do a manual human massage, but when I tried it, no day i wont sit and do a massage. this does its purpose at the comfort of your own home. I like the diffent settings and many diffent massage option and it is a 3D massage. all of including my kids love it.

Love the chair. I use it every day through several 20 minute pre-programmed cycles. It adjusts to the pressure you prefer. So relaxing from neck to feet. Very good relief for the musculoskeletal and nervous systems. It relieves muscle tension and brings deep relaxation.

This is a quality chair at a good price. I was able to secure it while on a sale and was pleased with the quality and features it had to offer.

Got as a gift for my dad. He hasn’t stopped talking about it. Also the Bluetooth feature works great as we connect his TV so it’s like he has surround sound for his chair! Also assembly was easy to setup out of the box. Had it ready to go in about 30 min.

Great Chair! I really love the preset massage option each day after work I do the Office Refresh. Just helps to loose me up after desk work all day. My teenage loves the sports refresh after a long day of games! It is large and definitely worth paying for delivery and install.

WOW, this is a complete massage experience. Back, feet and arms. I enjoy a good foot massage and this one gets the job done. Zero gravity setting puts you in a comfortable position. Great adjustable settings for those who like more/less intensity. If you regularly pay for massages, this will save you money in the long run. Note: It is a BIG chair and HEAVY. Make sure you have the space. Basically the size of a loveseat type small couch.

Love my chair, best investment ever. I started a new job and my back was hurting me every day, but I got this chair and it’s been a smooth ride since.

This massage chair has almost all the features to make one of the top ones. It has a lot of options and programs, plus manual modes and adjusting the intensity, width, area, etc. The material they used feels very fine and comfortable, even though it smeeled pretty strong until "broke it in".

I’ve had this chair for two months now, and it is incredible!! It’s not the prettiest chair, but its function far outweighs the esthetic! This chair is worth every penny! If you have back spasms this chair will do anything from massage to stretching you!

I've been paying for a monthly massage for a while now. Monthly payments for this chair were very close to the same amount. The chair is not as good as my massage therapist, but the chair is every day! Foot massage is very good. Calves pretty so so. Nothing for hamstrings. Back, shoulder, neck and glutes very good. Arms and hands so so also. Kneading motion feels great, tapping can be a bit intense against hard spots on the body (spine,pelvis). Have not tried all the preset massages yet, but like all the ones I have used.

I’ve had a cleaning business for 10 yrs now and my body is feeling it. I have been paying for a monthly massage for years. I bought this chair when it was an excellent price! I use this chair sometimes morning and night. It has relieved my daily aches and pains. It’s also helped with circulation. I do wish it had air pads and rollers in the thigh area. I also wish it had heat in the hand and arm area. I’d recommend this chair. Delivery was great!!

This was an excellent investment in the massage chair

After waiting almost a month for installers to come back and set chair up, it is discovered it will not fit through my basement door. Settled for it being placed in my living room. Husband and I tried it out and hands down, it was worth the wait. Customer Service is sending out technicians to disassemble chair and place it in hubby’s man cave!!! Hubby is a truck driver and often experience many aches and pains. This chair is wonderful!!

Works well but just too small. When fully extended going flat. Just not long enough for my height. 5’10” and feels constrained for full length. Cant massage feet and neck at the same time. Either have to bend and remove your legs if you want to use the neck massage. Was a great value but it’s not big enough for my comfort.

This thing has so many features! And if you dont like one of the massagers, you can turn it off or adjust it in some way, and save that configuration for later. I have sciatica and just sitting in some chairs is uncomfortable, but i gotta say, this chair feels comfortable just to sit in! Which is a huge bonus. Speakers arent bad, just dont expect bose quality, but that is barely a negative! Highly recommended! Especially when its on sale!

I Bought this for my wife for Mother's Day as a deal of the day and she absolutely loves it. For the price, it was a no brainer and absolutely a great value. The team delivered and put and performed the set up flawlessly. The chair is high quality has a wide variety of modes and is even comfortable for me at 6'5". The massage is firm and does a very nice job.
