This massage chair is worth every penny! Got it for $1600 on their deal of the day! Hubby and I use it everyday. Perfect to relax you after work! Just buy it!

I purchased this same chair about 1 year ago and bought a 2nd one this December. It was a great value at its sale price and now have 2 side by side. I have fallen asleep in the chair more than once and it has several programs that I use and enjoy.

Works well but just too small. When fully extended going flat. Just not long enough for my height. 5’10” and feels constrained for full length. Cant massage feet and neck at the same time. Either have to bend and remove your legs if you want to use the neck massage. Was a great value but it’s not big enough for my comfort.

Great CHAIR! Best purchase ever for my well being. However, it was a horrible customer service experience from Insignia, but Best Buy made it right in store. Let me explain. After 6 months the foot rollers stopped working. I reached out to Insignia and they scheduled a home repair twice and cancelled twice saying they can't repair that part and didn't offer any more help whatsoever. Fast forward a few months later before the 1 yr warranty expired I went into the local store and told them about my issues. The manager was called over and within a few minutes later, walked out with a brand new one scheduled for delivery the next week at no charge. They showed up on time and removed the old one and gave me the new one. I really appreciate Best Buy and their management for taking care of me and will continue to do business with them because of this. Insignia on the other hand is a joke and won't fulfill their warranty policy.

This is a quality chair at a good price. I was able to secure it while on a sale and was pleased with the quality and features it had to offer.

WOW, this is a complete massage experience. Back, feet and arms. I enjoy a good foot massage and this one gets the job done. Zero gravity setting puts you in a comfortable position. Great adjustable settings for those who like more/less intensity. If you regularly pay for massages, this will save you money in the long run. Note: It is a BIG chair and HEAVY. Make sure you have the space. Basically the size of a loveseat type small couch.

I’ve had a cleaning business for 10 yrs now and my body is feeling it. I have been paying for a monthly massage for years. I bought this chair when it was an excellent price! I use this chair sometimes morning and night. It has relieved my daily aches and pains. It’s also helped with circulation. I do wish it had air pads and rollers in the thigh area. I also wish it had heat in the hand and arm area. I’d recommend this chair. Delivery was great!!

Honestly, the only massage chairs i tried were at gyms and in the mall. But they always let me down, yet this massage chair is the best. I feel, move much better just after 10 minutes of use and the operational side is the easiest.

It’s been a while were planning to buy a a massage chair, this one went on sale. This chair did not disappoint us. For a price, it’s a great pick, wife is happy, after a long hours of work, so nice to sit on this chair and hit the button, happy with purchase.

I've been paying for a monthly massage for a while now. Monthly payments for this chair were very close to the same amount. The chair is not as good as my massage therapist, but the chair is every day! Foot massage is very good. Calves pretty so so. Nothing for hamstrings. Back, shoulder, neck and glutes very good. Arms and hands so so also. Kneading motion feels great, tapping can be a bit intense against hard spots on the body (spine,pelvis). Have not tried all the preset massages yet, but like all the ones I have used.

I Bought this for my wife for Mother's Day as a deal of the day and she absolutely loves it. For the price, it was a no brainer and absolutely a great value. The team delivered and put and performed the set up flawlessly. The chair is high quality has a wide variety of modes and is even comfortable for me at 6'5". The massage is firm and does a very nice job.

After waiting almost a month for installers to come back and set chair up, it is discovered it will not fit through my basement door. Settled for it being placed in my living room. Husband and I tried it out and hands down, it was worth the wait. Customer Service is sending out technicians to disassemble chair and place it in hubby’s man cave!!! Hubby is a truck driver and often experience many aches and pains. This chair is wonderful!!

This thing has so many features! And if you dont like one of the massagers, you can turn it off or adjust it in some way, and save that configuration for later. I have sciatica and just sitting in some chairs is uncomfortable, but i gotta say, this chair feels comfortable just to sit in! Which is a huge bonus. Speakers arent bad, just dont expect bose quality, but that is barely a negative! Highly recommended! Especially when its on sale!

Purchased this chair for my parents and tried it out and I won't pretend to be a massage chair connoisseur here and I know there are a lot of bad reviews for this chair that I parsed through before buying this item. My only gripe that will remove one star from this product is not allowing the option of an extended warranty otherwise it's the best and only massage chair I have used and there have been no issues so far.

I’m 6’4”+ (194cm) and the chair works well… for my wife! No matter how i try to adjust it I cannot get it to massage my calfs or upper shoulders. That said, i do love what it does for the rest of my body!

This chair is a pleasure to have, it lives up to it's advertising, once you find your settings, you'll fall in love with it. However, these are the drawbacks: 1. if you live upstairs, you'll need to tip a little extra to get it inside. 2. the foot massager is not that great, very little pressure 3. some settings can hurt you, so you'll need to try them all to find your comfort level. Try to purchase when it's on sale.

Very comfortable massage chair, I have never experienced before. Smooth rollers and Bluetooth speaker. One issue is that pumping (air bag) does not reach/massage my shoulder (from both sides) well, for massaging as I am small in shoulder. I don't know if there is a way to make an adjustment to squeeze up the width in the uppare of the inner chair.

Definitely don't regret this purchase at all! I was able to get it at a fairly good price but i was skeptical since I don't know much about massage chairs. This one hits all of the right spots and makes me feel better about cancelling my massage envy subscription
