Got this as a Christmas present for the hubby. He loves it. Works great. Definitely get the service installation - no way I would have been able to get this downstair to the basement. Got it while it was on sale and at a very good price.

Love this idea, I wish I bought it sooner, it does what it supposed to do

I was in the market to get a chair after my inlaws got a 2D BestMassage brand massage chair from NFM a couple years back. When this Black Friday deal popped up for a 3D i knew i had to finally pull the trigger. Delivery and Setup went smooth took me 5 minutes to complete. Had it work a week now and it is amazing. My kids uses it and love and but my better half uses it 1 to 2 hours a day and falls asleep in it even. Compared to my inlaws chair it is better in almost even facet except for the heating component where it only does the back. It is everything i wanted and more.

Really love this massage chair. It has so many different types of massages with adjustable levels of intensity. Especially enjoy the heated back with 3 different heat levels. The Bluetooth stereo speaker in the head portion of the chair allow me to connect it to my smartphone so I can listen to my favorite music. The Zero Gravity effect is so exhilarating and yet relaxing. Very well-made massage chair with detailed craftsmanship and high-quality controls.

Purchased this chair for my parents and tried it out and I won't pretend to be a massage chair connoisseur here and I know there are a lot of bad reviews for this chair that I parsed through before buying this item. My only gripe that will remove one star from this product is not allowing the option of an extended warranty otherwise it's the best and only massage chair I have used and there have been no issues so far.

Great CHAIR! Best purchase ever for my well being. However, it was a horrible customer service experience from Insignia, but Best Buy made it right in store. Let me explain. After 6 months the foot rollers stopped working. I reached out to Insignia and they scheduled a home repair twice and cancelled twice saying they can't repair that part and didn't offer any more help whatsoever. Fast forward a few months later before the 1 yr warranty expired I went into the local store and told them about my issues. The manager was called over and within a few minutes later, walked out with a brand new one scheduled for delivery the next week at no charge. They showed up on time and removed the old one and gave me the new one. I really appreciate Best Buy and their management for taking care of me and will continue to do business with them because of this. Insignia on the other hand is a joke and won't fulfill their warranty policy.

I have had this for a week and am loving it so far. The chair is customizable to different body types and the settings allow you to have a light or deep massage. I try to get a massage in every day. I think especially for people sitting in a chair all day, it is a great way to end the day. It is very relaxing. For people who plays sports there are massage options for sport recovery.

I purchased this same chair about 1 year ago and bought a 2nd one this December. It was a great value at its sale price and now have 2 side by side. I have fallen asleep in the chair more than once and it has several programs that I use and enjoy.

Very comfortable massage chair, I have never experienced before. Smooth rollers and Bluetooth speaker. One issue is that pumping (air bag) does not reach/massage my shoulder (from both sides) well, for massaging as I am small in shoulder. I don't know if there is a way to make an adjustment to squeeze up the width in the uppare of the inner chair.

My wife absolutely loves this chair it is the best gift ive ever given her. It does take up alot of space so make sure you have room but it is worth it

It’s been a while were planning to buy a a massage chair, this one went on sale. This chair did not disappoint us. For a price, it’s a great pick, wife is happy, after a long hours of work, so nice to sit on this chair and hit the button, happy with purchase.

This chair is a pleasure to have, it lives up to it's advertising, once you find your settings, you'll fall in love with it. However, these are the drawbacks: 1. if you live upstairs, you'll need to tip a little extra to get it inside. 2. the foot massager is not that great, very little pressure 3. some settings can hurt you, so you'll need to try them all to find your comfort level. Try to purchase when it's on sale.

Honestly, the only massage chairs i tried were at gyms and in the mall. But they always let me down, yet this massage chair is the best. I feel, move much better just after 10 minutes of use and the operational side is the easiest.

Bought this open box at first thought the rollers was a little hard. Was thinking about bringing it back. It was all in my mind because my back loves it. I have tried many of the different massages that it has and this chair does the job. My wife loves it also a couple of friends have tried it and they enjoyed it also. Been having it a little over a month, so far it has been just what I needed. My back thanks me every day great purchase

This is a nice version and a budget friendly option. It feels grreat. I would’t compare it to the high dollar chairs like it out there. Only issue I have is it went on sale the day before delivery. I called for a price match. The agent said no problem. The back office rejected it because it hadn’t been delived yet. But they sure took my money in advance!

so nice to have when ever you need a massage, i bring a blanket cause i always seem to fall asleep after lol
