My father absolutely loves this chair. No need to go and get a massage because this chair does exactly what he needs. The compression is great to relieve pain and stress from tired muscles! I tried it myself and really like this chair!bi returned the 2D because the massage felt like someone was just rubbing my back. Not what I was looking for! And my dad just brags about his 3D chair!

Definitely don't regret this purchase at all! I was able to get it at a fairly good price but i was skeptical since I don't know much about massage chairs. This one hits all of the right spots and makes me feel better about cancelling my massage envy subscription

Nice chair that seems to be well built. Many, many program options, including options that allow user to customize their massage. I was surprised to find out the side panels are not removeable (they were on my old one which allowed me to go anywhere with it), so unfortunately, I was unable to get this chair in the same room as its predecessor. Other than that - no complaints.

Although, I love my chair wanted to return after finding out warranty not great, can’t believe best buy on this one and you cannot be over 6”3 or 5”3 or less. Chair pretty much does it all except no lumbar, but the intensity can be much so I have back setting all low. I play my zen music and can get a good nap. Will enjoy for much and long as can, good price

I can’t stop using it after work. Everytime i get home i always give myself a good massage from this chair.

I’m 6’4”+ (194cm) and the chair works well… for my wife! No matter how i try to adjust it I cannot get it to massage my calfs or upper shoulders. That said, i do love what it does for the rest of my body!

Paid for it’s self and I haven’t even had it a full month yet. I bought it during the Black Friday deal and it is worth every penny. Sometimes I’m on my feet 12+hrs and I’ll get in the chair before bed and wake up feeling rejuvenated. The higher settings can really dig into you, for a fare warning but overall definitely something I never thought I would have but so glad I do.

We use this every day. It has been absolutely amazing to have a massage after a rough day. The chair is comfortable, the massage can be adjusted to your preferences. It was definitely worth it

I don’t know how I lived without this massage chair. We got it during a sale at around $1600 and it is worth every penny. I use it at least two or three times a day, and have not felt any body aches since. If I really had to nitpick it is that this chair is too big to put into a bedroom so it is in our living room instead. Obviously not the manufacturers fault, but something worth mentioning in case you were thinking of putting it somewhere.

Could have some spinning massagers or something in the hands, other than that it's pretty great. It's been fixing muscular knots/issues with me and my wife that I wouldn't have the time to go see a massage therapist twice a week for and I can do this every day multiple times.

I was skeptical about buying this chair, but once I read all the reviews, I decided to go ahead and purchase once I finally got it all what amazing chair it is. I use it every day. It touches all parts of my body heats up. I can’t get enough of it. My family loves it. My friend loves it. We would continue using this chair until the end. Good product. Thank you Best Buy.

Comfortable, high quality, a lot of modes. Worth the money

We love love this chair we have had it for almost a year i would of gave it 5 stars only problem is that my calves really don't get much love from the chair. I love how it has blue so you can sync it to your phone and listen to a show or music while you are getting massage
