Best gift ever for myself. I have lots of aches and more aches now that I am getting up there in age and this chair is my savior at the end of the day.

very nice entry level 3D massage. It is not the fanciest one on the market but for the $$$$, it has all the needed function I need. Use it daily and my parents like it too. The only complain I have is that at the end of the program, it does not go back to the “normal” position, has to manually adjust back.

Great, comfortable massage chair especially for the price. The leather is perfect. I can feel every rollers from neck to toe. It has a lot of massage type selections. I use the Bluetooth to play music for better soothing experience. Then it’s lights out for me.

The zero gravity feature is great. There are multiple massage types. I am unsure if the heated feature works but everything else is great.

It is over a month that we have used the chair and absolutly love this. In past we had 2D but this 3D has surpassed my expectations. Many pre-programed massages. Most loving programs for me are Office recovery, Comfort and Good night. Would recommend this chair any time.

Since ive had this chair ive had no problems i absolutely love it for after work i used it almost everyday. Im a delivery driver that works very hard. This chair works great to help massage out the stressed of each day

When compared to something like the Kyota M868 Yosei this is a weaker massage, maybe only 30% of what you get from the Kyota. I'd only recommend it if you can pick it up for $1199 like i did for black friday. It likely is better than any other chair at that price point. I rated it 4 stars because i got it at that price. At $2k or more, look elsewhere.

Love the chair, lot of functions but easy to use. My wife and l lay on it everyday, after a long day walk and stand at work. It’s he’ll release tight and painfully muscle. Love the chair. We could not afford for a long time until found the good price at Best Buy. Love the chair. Thanks BB

The best thing I bought in a long time. We use it daily and I can't imagine how we lived without it. It has everything you need, from the wide variety of settings to heat to surround sound via blue tooth. My whole bode feels rejuvenated and I go to bed so relaxed lately. No more body aches or headaches. This is an absolute winner.

Has been a life saver, try doing 3 cycles without falling asleep-impossible! My wife and both boys all use this chair at least 4 days a week a piece. Have gotten our moneys worth!

This chair is absolutely amazing. I bought it during cyber week for $1200. Now, I wouldn’t pay $4k for it, but I wouldn’t pay $4k for any massage chair. It’s worth about $2k imo and you get a heating 3D massage chair worth every penny. My favorite is the office recovery.

This would be a 5 star review if there had been more clarity on height standards. I’m 6’3” and think that this chair is perfect for anyone 6 feet or under. The leg massager doesn’t extend far enough for me, and the upper part doesn’t reach my neck or traps, stopping just short of the top of my shoulder blades. I can crunch down in the chair and hit those areas, but it’s not very comfortable. As far as the functionality, it’s very good at what it does. I like it a lot, just wish I had the full effect without having to contort my body for the desired result.

Different massage options cover all our needs. Option to save profiles gives custom treatment to each of us in the family. inbuilt speaker is also a good quality one. the material is also good quality which gives premium look to the chair. shoulder massage doesnt press that hard but this may be different from person to person.

Pretty nice, it is too large to fit through most doors unfortunately. If your door is 32 inches, then it will not fit. I also wish it was a bit more aggressive when massaging you but overall a very nice chair

I can't think of anything that I don't love about this chair. It has so many different settings and I like them all. I really like that you can control the intensity from gentle massage to a more deep massage. My husband has never been one to like massages but he really likes this chair. We both use it everyday. It's great after a workout.

I like how the calf part has rollers. I don’t feel like the back part is AS good but it is still good. I might be from the cushion. The picture is of the 2D next to 3D. =)
