They never call me back.

After much debate and wonder if it was like one we seen in person at a competitor store, we went with the Best Buy deal and so glad we did. This has several pre-set functions but you are able to customize and create to your own liking. The chair is large but fits great it any space. This also has wheels on the back in the event it needs moved and comes apart if needed. The speakers for blue tooth connection are amazing, better than some portable speakers! No need to second guess on this one- you wont regret it!

We had an issue with the original purchase and Insignia were quick to make it right. The massage chair it’s self was an excellent buy, the therapeutic effect is worth the money. You won’t regret this purchase, you’ll just have to figure out how to keep the rest of the folks in your home off of it.
