Just a few things I wish were a little better. The calf knead is a little weak, as you have to push into the leg massager to even feel it. Also wished the heat function was hotter. I could barely feel it on the highest setting with just my sweatshirt on. It does a good job hitting the neck, shoulders and glutes. Love the air compressions for the arm.

One of the biggest oversights on this chair is the lack of any kind of basic pillow for your head. You basically end up getting your back pushed outward while your head is leaning way to far back so once again not relaxing or even comfortable without grabbing a pillow of your own. Just overall not impressed and wouldn't buy it if I could do it over again.
