It has so many customizable options and tons of preset programs. It feels really nice when it stretches your legs for you. I also really like the upper body scan since I'm short. A lot lf other chairs just assume you are tall and you miss half the massage. Lastly, the built in Bluetooth speaker is a nice touch.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The air pump becomes faulty after 2-3 years. Insignia only offers a one year manufacturer warranty. Insignia referred me to Best Buy for help. And Best Buy referred me to Insignia. It seems like an unfortunate game to get your money upfront for a heavy product which will be in your home and no longer working a few years down the line. Insignia does not appear to stand by their product or even offer help finding a repair person once it becomes faulty. I really liked it while it worked, and I didn’t even use it that often.

However, chair is very glitchy, just stops massaging in the middle of a cycle. Chair must then be powered down and unplugged to reset. Sucks, but not a deal breaker at the sale price. It’s pretty easy to put together out of the box.

Just ok could be better.

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Has a lot of cool features and looks nice but the massage is a bit rough, can really dig into your back in the wrong areas and I just don't find it that relaxing. One of the biggest oversights on this chair is the lack of any kind of basic pillow for your head. You basically end up getting your back pushed outward while your head is leaning way to far back so once again not relaxing or even comfortable without grabbing a pillow of your own. Just overall not impressed and wouldn't buy it if I could do it over again.
