An Amazing Chair, I use it before Bed and I havnt slept this good in a long time.

Great relaxation chair! Drop it back into 3D mode and get the best rest you’ve ever had.

My wife has loved this purchase! I have tried it, and it does a very good job. I wish it was a little easier to customize, and I wish it did a better job on the neck, and lower back. It does good on the upper back, and legs, and decent on other areas. Does a good job figuring out your body size when it starts up.

This chair has been amazing for my back. I use our every day and my back thanks me for it.

Best Buy has the worst customer service ever. Do not pay for the assembly fee as they will not put this chair in a room with a door less than 33” wide. They charged me for the assembly, did not assemble the chair for me since it couldn't fit through the bedroom door, and they still marked the assembly as complete. I have called customer service about 15 times now and each time I call I have the repeat the story as if I’ve never called before. Each time they say they are adding notes, creating a case to escalate to a manger, all lies. They have horrible customer service. Not only that, the delivery driver said he would not mark as complete since they were not able to assemble the chair for me, but he did. So now I am out $199.99. They refuse to help me

Wonderful solution to muscle/back pains. Waited until it was heavily discounted between Black Friday and Christmas, which saved a ton of money!

It’s up to Date with technology. I like the option you have and it’s a full body massage. The only reason I gave 4 is the connection on the leg is very easily broke. I already changed the button 2times. Those legs should be strong. Go for it

Wow. Better than the ones at the mall. Definitely a must have for your home. Bluetooth speakers at the head are amazing, had a charger for your phone, pocket for the remote, best purchase ever!

This is exceptionally good . The prduct is awesome and we use it everyday since it was delivered . One of the blue tooth speaker was not working from day one . We call the support team and they are sending a replacement with a new chair in next few days

Only one setback i have is that it can be a bit rough to get out of

I use it every night and it works great! My only problem is it tends to hit my side a bit when it's not active

The chair is amazing I Haley recommend it. Iff you suffer from muscle spasms It works wonders. The remote does not light up. It’s the only thing I do not like about it.

6'1" male. Just got into an accident and this has allowed me to relax in my living room and adjust my body in multiple setting options. The heating pad could improve and there is a clicking/snap that happens during initial recline.

Excellent product. I have used it everyday since purchase, sometimes back-to-back. Very durable too. It is big, but there is a review to help with that. Had to remove sides to get into the room.

Glad I purchased this massage chair for those long stressful days. it is able to hit most of all the points on my body that i usually have problems with. But, if it werent for that damage which makes a loud popping sound, on the inner right arm i gave it a 4 stars. All in all im happy with it.
