Excellent product. I have used it everyday since purchase, sometimes back-to-back. Very durable too. It is big, but there is a review to help with that. Had to remove sides to get into the room.

6'1" male. Just got into an accident and this has allowed me to relax in my living room and adjust my body in multiple setting options. The heating pad could improve and there is a clicking/snap that happens during initial recline.

I really like this massage chair, it has 21 pre programmed settings. I use it every single day, I have really bad back problems and this has helped so much. Would recommend to anyone looking for a massage chair.

Glad I purchased this massage chair for those long stressful days. it is able to hit most of all the points on my body that i usually have problems with. But, if it werent for that damage which makes a loud popping sound, on the inner right arm i gave it a 4 stars. All in all im happy with it.

Let me just get this out of the way, at the sale price it is okay. It is probably a $999 chair. It certainly is not worth the regular price. I was hoping to be able to make a completely custom mode but that is impossible. It lacks a lot of airbags and the cushioning that it includes isn't great. It curbs back too far in the neck and head area so that you need some kind of pillow for your head which isn't included. It curves too much at the glutes. So the glute massage is too strong and the shoulder and neck massage does not exist.

the chair is fun to use, super relaxing,especially when it has you layed back while still in a sitting position, relived all my stress and makes you feel so calm, the speakers are a nice feature too

nice product, loved it. little more improvement on clearly instructions of how to adjust lighter massage, my wife couldn't know how to adjust it. other than that great chair at the affordable price

This chair is great! Multiple massage types and strength settings. Delivery an setup were outstanding and the workers were polite, on time and very professional.

This massage chair works your back very well but doesn't do much for your legs. If the back is what you are looking for, then buy this one.

This is hands down the best chair!! I’ve tried out chairs upwards of $12000 and I can’t tell the difference with this $4000 chair. This has ALL the bells and whistles. Best purchase in a long time! It’s used daily!

Great message chair for the price, everyone tried it loved it . It only gets hard a bit on back area but I am figuring out how to adjust it

Remote "OK" button dead after 4 months. The renders the entire thing unusable. Cannot even initiate a basic massage without the remote. This is insane for for the price paid. Warranty claim sent the wrong style wrong remote even when provided the model number. The replacement remote had the same connector but did not allow any functionality. Now fighting round 2 to get a proper replacement but they claim they have to "verify warranty coverage".

Chair is ok. You don't get all the features of the more expensive ones but I guess you get what you pay for. The foot massager just plain sucks. Could be so much better. I have a clicking noise that comes from the foot area. Drives me nuts. Would I buy it again? I'm not sure. I probably would.

This will be the first part of a longer review as the story is not over. I bought this chair on July 14 on a one day sale for $1299 with free delivery and setup down from $3999. The delivery was on time and they did a great job coming up some stairs, unpacking, and assembly. The chair was wonderful for a week and I used it alot and tried everything. I loved it. However, within a week, there were some problems. It didn't power off correctly, and the footrest would not lengthen and shorten anymore and was stuck in the extended position. Also, now the air pressure massage is not working anywhere on the chair. I called Insignia within a 15 day window and they took down a report and within a day or 2 said I could get a replacement chair from Bestbuy. They did a great job of backing the warranty up so far and Bestbuy is sending a crew to pick up this first chair and sending a new chair to be set up again and assembled free of charge in 2 days. So, I await to see if the second chair works as it should. I suggest people use the chair in every program excessively the first 15 days and save the box, etc. I really loved it when it was working properly. I will continue this review after I get the second chair in 2 days.

Food variety of customization, good pressure overall except the calf area. Got it on sale for $1300.

After many research on which best massage chair to buy it was decided this was the best one. And without regrets this Insigniachair was the best for main reasons: quality of materials, functionalityand range of body size.

Works great. Purchased 2 for my business. We have thrm in thr waiting room and have received several compliments.

It is good chair with providing delivery and set up at my home with guidance.
