I bought this for my Mother Assembly was easy. Delivery was great all other Air bags etc work great but back rollers were way to unconformtable even at lowest settings.

I contacted best buy to order a new one, they sent me to insignia, they sent me to a their part supplier (encompass). They told me first it was discontinued... i called back to insignia, they gave me another part number, told me to call encompass again.... then that person told me they dont carry insignia parts.... SERIOUSLY... what a freaking joke. $4k chair.... not useable. What a nightmare !!!!!!

There are ways to prevent this but it does require a little effort. Also, I did have to return the chair because of a defect.
