The best chair when on Deal. Has a lot of feathers.

It’s great it is very smooth and easy to assembly!

The item works great. Too bad it came in a box so huge that didn’t fit in a normal 36” door way. Had to take it out of the box to get in the house only to find out it won’t fit in interior 30” door way. To put the cherry on top, Insignia customer is horrid. Long wait time for any response only to ask the same questions over and over with no help or resolution. Let’s hope this thing doesn’t break.

About 6 months of having this the rollers became off somehow and it was painful to use. Would not buy again

We use this thing almost daily. It worka the back incredibly well

assembly was easy. chair was nice. didn't get my wife's or my shoulder and neck area really well. we liked the foot rollers and the arm air bags. returned due to not fitting in our area very well. bought on deal of the day.

Disappointed. Purchased the item based on high reviews. Does not massage upper back, even when set up on max intensity. 30 min in the chair and my upper back felt nothing, It does a decent massage on legs and lower back. Returning this item.

We love the chair now but delivery was a mess as they did not setup the chair properly and repair service had to come out twice to get it working. Also it was very hard to communicate with delivery staff as none of them spoke English.

I am sure this is a lovely chair and I wish I could rate the actual product. However we have had FIVE appointments scheduled for delivery at this point and none have come to fruition. The listing says that delivery will be to any room in the house, including upstairs. Instead, at the initial delivery, they said they didn’t have enough of a crew to put it upstairs and would only put it in the garage, and that we would need to call back for a separate appointment to move it. We are now two weeks and four additional days off work later, waiting a six hour window each time, and just had them not show up another time. Each time we have had to call, each time Best Buy is surprised. Unfortunately we can’t take more time off work, so my best hope is a return to clear the huge box out of my garage. Sadly sadly disappointed in the whole process, and not likely to purchase a large item from Best Buy again.

I was able to get it set up and started using it for a few days then, I felt like the right shoulder air pocket wasn't inflating properly but now it will turn on and just completely shut off.
