    The balls on this chair gave me the worse back sore pain ever! My neck the next day was sore and cramped. Just too rough. Def not a massage chair more of a roller. Wasnt for me. The leg and foot was the only postive out of this chair. Oh and its just too big!

    Not for people. 6'2", buyer beware.

    This chair is supposed to accommodate people up to 6'2". I'm 6'2" and even with the shoulder hight maxed out at +5 the rollers only reach my shoulder blades, nowhere near my neck. In order for me to get my neck I have to slouch down in the chair which in turn raises my knees and calves away from the rollers and compression pads. The legs do not extend far enough and the back rollers do not come high enough. I'm at a loss for the amount of money I spent on this. I have to tweak my body for 1/2 of a massage.

    The different massages and options are great, but if you're sitting in it just as a chair the rest of the time, it's sort of uncomfortable.

    Does not get the neck area very well. The calf rollers barely touch even when adjusting the legs and the heat mode isnt the best. Could use some improvements

    Chair broke within 10 days. Barely used. No clear way to repair was given so I decided to return to store before time is up. You have to figure out how to bring 280 pounds to the store. Very disappointing experience.

    I recommend the chair. However, I CANNOT recommend purchasing from Best Buy. I purchased my chair as a "Deal of the Day" item from Best Buy. It was supposedly nearly half of the normal price. However, about 1 month after purchasing I happened to go to Best Buy's site and see that the chair is now $200 less than what I paid. After chatting with support online, and speaking with a customer service representative, I was told that the exchange period had ended, and they could not honor the current price even though the chair went on sale within 1 month of purchase. DO NOT believe the "sale" prices and keep a very close eye on the price after your purchase. Also note that I bought in October, which entitled me to a 2-week exchange period. Had I waited until November, there would have been a 2.5 MONTH exchange period. Same product but different return policies depending on the month of purchase is a bad policy. This was not a "Best" Buy for me. Don't do it.

    This is for the 3d version. Pro: functions - Bluetooth speaker, heated seat. Cons: the actual massage of this chairs is very bad. Weak, and focuses on wrong spots. It does not reduce any muscle tension or relax you by any means. You almost need to push yourself into the back to actully feel the movement of the roller. At that time, im not even sure if Im massaging the chair or it’s massaging me. You would feel much relaxed on good massage chair. This ine just makes your back more stiff. Whoever OEMed this on behalf of Bestbuy- please focus on the basic function of your product. Do it right first. And then you can add on gimmicks.

    Products like this need to have recommended body height in the product description. Im 6’7” and I dont think this will properly suit anyone over 6 feet tall. The leg massage is rendered useless for us tall people and you have to contort your body in order to massage certain parts of your upper body. I sadly tried to force this to work for me and as a result my return period has lapsed. Great buy if you fit in the seat properly.

    loved the chair for 8 months until remote started acting up. BB referred me to Insignia their store brand, who was extremely rude. So sad Too bad! wouldn't help then issues with warranty but long story short there were no remote replacements more than a year before they sold me mine and they are still selling them! Loseing faith in BB
