Supervisor did not honon the sale price

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I called Best Buy online number when this item had a huge one day sale discount but the Best Buy employee did not honor the sale price it was advertised because Kimberly the supervisor said it was only a few minutes left when I called.What a big disappointment on these so called supervisors who do not know what customer service means.Shame on Best Buy for these employees!

Wow... what a loss

Cant even schedule someone to pick up the item for return after i was told it can be return and best buy WILL send someone to retrieve the product. Highly disappointed. I would be ok with bestbuy coming out and at least try to fix it but cant get that to happen either. Would not recommend anyone to shop this brand and/or this chair.

Dead on arrival

Wife and inset it up. And the remote was non functional. Have an exchange coming but for a $4k item. Thats crazy. Called customer support and they read me the manual... it was a waste of time

Bait and Switch

It is now March 11 and the item purchased has not been received. I receive weekly calls with new delivery dates, 2/14, 2/22, 2/28, and 3/11 and now they are not able to deliver until 3/16. I will be making a complaint with BBB as well. They sell you the credit card and then payments have to be made and no merchandise received. This is the last time I buy from Best Buy. Buyer BE Ware. You are a Fraudulent company and I am a very dissatisfied customer. Bait and Switch

no vibration function but fits 6'3

I'm 6'3 240lbs and I fit decently in it and it's slightly taller than my head. I don't have real long legs but it just about doesn't fit comfortably with my legs. I enjoy it but would not buy again.

I went in to customize setting and it doesn’t let me do any changes. Didn’t see much difference between massage types and modes. I tried mostly all modes even legs, shoulder but it still does full body massage. Trying to contact customer service to see if the item is defective or it just how it functions.

Posted .Hi, thanks for your review. for customize setting, it doesn't work to massage type and modes. it can adjust shoulder position, turn air pressure on or off, turn calf knead on or off. if you just want to do point-to-point massage, i would like you to select "Manual Modes".

Massage chair

I would always call customer service and they would give me a different pickup date everytime. They would say they would have someone call me back and no one ever would. I spoke to multiple supervisors and same crap!

third world delivery, still waiting!

I just happen to look the day before delivery to find out the delivery address had been changed to South Carolina. Called help line to fix the problem and was told they would stop the delivery and call me or email me a new delivery date to the correct address. Really disappointed with missing delivery for christmas. Thanks for nothing.

Save your money.

It doesn’t help that the installers didn’t install the foot area right. It broke. Issues with the bestbuy phone service. They didn’t show up on the schedule day. Ended up returning the chair

Broke within 2 months

First the control panel on the actual chair stopped working so I had to use the remote. It started acting weird and eventually stopped working altogether.

Good but stopped working in 10 months

Broke after two hours of use.
