Came broken to me. Was told it can’t be moved upstairs to the loft

I bought this for my husband after I sat in the 2D that his son has. I was a bit worried about whether he'd need a towel or two for his back-and I was happy to see that the 3D has a padded back. We have only just run through the full body pre-set once each---but it is really great! I know that he (and I) will use this every day. There are a ton of benefits with massages--and at this sale price it will be worth its weight in gold very quickly. Definitely a "Best Buy"!

With a good massage costing $100. or more an hour, this was the perfect alternative. It pays for itself in just 11 sessions, and the benefits of massage therapy are too numerous to name. We've had this chair for one month, and it is worth every cent. Should have done this years ago! In addition to the quality of the chair, the presets are great, and the deal was way too good to pass up.

Before I just had a small back massager, that attached to my chair and a separate leg massager. I bought this on Black Friday, at Best Buy, and couldn't be happier. I tried several of the pre-programmed massages and have fallen asleep on several of them. Great price and an even better massage compared to what I had before.

We love our new massage chair. I use it every day and it has helped m lower back issues. This chair DOES NOT fit in a 32” doorway. We had to take all tree doors to our sliding 6 foot door out in order to get it into the house. My house is quite old. I believe the newer homes have wider doors. Be sure tocheck!

Is this like a massage therapist? No. However, it does a great job. My husband and I have been getting in it nightly and we both almost fall asleep each time. We are both in our 60s and have arthritis. We figure it's an investment in our health and saves my hubby's hands:)

The best massage chair ive ever used! I bought a couple of different ones in the past and this is by far the one that truly helps my neck, back and shoulder pains. I was randomly browsing thru best buy and saw this on sale! Grabbed the opportunity to get this for myself. This chair is amazing!! Highly recommend!!!

Awesome chair. Gives you that real massage after an enduring workday. Has many modes reflecting to different types of massages reached to different parts of the body. Build quality is excellent and looks premium. Very happy with my purchase

This is a decent massage chair. The back massaging and foot massaging gets full marks. The calf and leg part get 2 stars. The position of calf massager is not good or nor close enough. The shoulder pressing parts are also quite wide. The body sensing doesn’t make sense after output. The neck massager is not good

This is one of the best massage chair that I have tried. After a full day working at the hospital, I'm always looking forward to sitting and relaxing on this chair. Would recomment to anyone!
