    Last just past warranty period

    Was great performing massage chair and about 1 month after 12 month warranty expired, a small $2.00 circuit board went out. Insignia wont sell me one or send anyone to do repair sunce outside of warranty period. Cant get information ti buy one anywhere elae. Sure that this is just unfortunate luck that went iut at this time, but geez. Service products you sell. Willing to pay for it. Dont know if will wver buy another insignia product after this experience

    Have only had this chair for 3 weeks and the air massage function has stopped working. Only used about 20-40 minutes each day so this is not acceptable. Manual is of little help. Insignia customer support did not offer repair--said there are no technicians available and referred me back to Best Buy. After very long wait times to talk to customer support and being transferred to different agents, they have scheduled me for a return/replacement. I hope the malfunction was just an anomaly and the new chair works better.

    Dissapointed to say the least...

    Got mine recently delivered and was very excited to try. Excitement turned to dissapointment as the "Full Body" massage is only massaging the back and neck, NO feet, calf, shoulder and arm massages. Insignia Team, How do I return this monster chair?

    Not worth it, stopped working after three months.

    It was great for three months or so. Then I noticed the tracks felt like they were bending out of place. Then the tracks stopped kneading altogether!!! It’s so disappointing we can’t return this piece of junk. I’m stuck with it in my living room forever now.

    Missing Chair

    Bought chair on 12/4 and was due to be delivered on 12/23. Received a call on 12/22 that BB didnt have the chair, but couldn’t tell when it could be rescheduled. We are now 10 days out from the cancelled delivery and still no update. Husband is still patiently waiting for his Christmas gift. I hope to be able to write a full review of the chair someday.
