I personally use it for connect a TV to a computer, and works fine. Watch the desired length, so you won´t run short or long into it.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The good news is that cheap HDMI cables are perfectly fine and you don't need an expensive HDMI cable for most TVs, including new ones with 4K resolution, high dynamic range (HDR) and Dolby Vision. Price has little to do with whether a standard HDMI cable will work with your new gear and many inexpensive cables deliver the exact same audio/video quality as premium HDMI cables. Your old cables might work too, but again, not all will.

I will say very secure when attached and picture quality very good but I don't have a 4k player so not noticing if its better than an average cable. I would purchase again.
