Works as advertised. I used this to plug in my laptop to our 46" think TV. The TV is from 2007. We have not used it much since and so it is in good shape still. To watch some music performances last month I used this HDMI cable to patch the laptop to the TV for a nice big 46" view and it worked great.

Make sure you're buying the right length cable. I thought 12 feet would be largely enough. Turned out it was just barely the right length. If you're going up to a television mount, add a few feet to what you think you need. Good solid serviceable cable. Nothing special, nothing bad. Just a good cable at a good price.

Leaps and bounds better than my old cord. The picture is immensely better.

I needed an HDMI cable to hookup my blu-ray player and was recommended to buy a more expensive option. I found this one which had all the same specs as the more expensive one for a much better price. The only difference I could see was in the flashy packaging of the more expensive one, I chose to not spend my money on packaging and go with this one.

This isn't the highest quality HDMI cable on the market, but most of us don't actually need the highest quality HDMI cable on the market; we need one that is solid, durable, and effective. This, then, is your cable. If you're connecting a laptop to a TV, or some other electronic component (blu-ray, satellite receiver, etc.) to your television, this will probably serve your needs, unless you're rolling with top o' the line equipment...

this little gem popped up on my email as a recommendation for a clearance item.
