This cable is used to connect an LG OLED TV to an Onkyo receiver. I connected the TV to the receiver, and selected HDMI 2 the receiver recognized the TV with no problem. The audio sounded great when I streamed 4k content and the audio was sent to the receiver via this cable. All in all, a good value
