Connection of Roku to TV?????

It did not work. Now we don't know what to do to get it to work, I rely on the expertise of Best Buy, but it didn't work this time. They refunded our money even though we bought it approximately 6 weeks prior.

He mentioned that some of the wires were not long enough to be reach our receiver. He brought in and installed the new HD HDMI cables and relocated the entire bundle into our existing hole behind the wall mounted TV. He cleaned it up by installing a power box and outlet at the other end to make everything look beautiful. Now we see no wires and no holes behind the TV set.
