It wasn't even at the store period. I had to buy this washer from Lowes across the street! The washer is a great product and works well. Definitely worth the money!

Replacement dryer worked for 13 months and had the same issue identical issues as the previous dryer . It has a 12 month warranty stopped working on the 13 month. I have to pay out of pocket for repairs to a dryer that I am still making payments on.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I like this washer, it performs well! We did have a pump failure which is being replaced under warranty. An unusual problem and not such to prohibit liking this machine. However, there is a fix that should be considered by Insignia. Pump failure left a washer full of water that could only be removed by opening the pump filter. With that filter very close to the floor, draining without knowledge of the system can result in a flood on the floor. A simple remedy would be a drain connection where a hose could be attached.
