Best remote for the price. I used it to replace my damaged one..

Opened it and worked with my tv right out the package ..easy to use.

I bought this for my Element TV. It works fine, the - button does not work, sometimes frustrating to try to go back and forth between shows because of this option not working (it won't allow the "previous" or "back" function to work)

This remote works all the devices it was designed for.

I was hesitant to purchase this remote after reading reviews saying it doesn't work with 4K Smart TV's, but it DOES! You just have to figure out which buttons do what. I mainly bought it as a back up remote. I've been able to do everything with it that I can do with my original Sony TV remote.

This makes my life so much easier, I was able to pair my tv and dvd.

We had tried using a cheaper remote for my mom's insignia TV but it was no good. I purchased this insignia remote and it was like night and day! We could zoom the picture, get channels we couldn't get before, and have options that we couldn't get with a generic remote. It was like getting a new TV.

I mainly got this remote to replace my tv remote that broke. it is decent and you can program it to work on several different remotes. I found it doesn't okay with Roku and Directv. Not all the functions are available on the remote so I end up using mulitple remotes. You also have to hit a button to switch between devices. Even with my more expensive harmony all in one remote, I sometime use my directv remote but at least you can change channels and volume without hitting another button first. It is very inexpensive and does most of the normal functions.

Old remote broke so got this replacement. It works...

I thought I was going to have a hard time connecting all my devices to the remote. Once I opened up the instructions it was straight to the point and easy to set up. I now only use 3 remotes instead of 6. This Insignia universal remote, my amazon fire stick remote and my Sony PS3 remote control. Saves space and time! No more looking for all the remotes to lower volume, turn on DVD player, turn on sound bar, and the other one to turn off the t.v. I just wish it was identical to my old remote. Some buttons aren't compatible with this remote. Like for my old remote the colors do different things then this Insignia remote colors do. Everything can't be perfect, but this remote works well.
