Fine for TV and Blu-Ray - Not So Much For Apple

I don't have 8 devices, and hoped this would fit the bill for a less complicated remote. It controls my Samsung TV well enough, as well as my Samsung Blu-Ray player. But I could not get it to work with my Apple TV. I tried multiple ways of getting it to work, with no success. This device suggests in the product description that it will work on Apple. But I have not found that to be the case. I'll be returning this very soon. Incidentally, reading through the reviews of this product, I find it a bit disconcerting that so many of Insignia's responses have been to "make sure you take advantage of Best Buy's 14-day return policy." It seems to me that a manufacturer would be encouraging their customers to try and keep the device and help them make it work. With so many recommendations to return a product, I feel like Insignia really has no desire to work with customers at all.

After a bit of work it is also programmed to control the dvd player and the sound bar. The buttons are a bit small and the print almost worthless BUT it does work and does its job.

Does it really work for a soundbar?

I contacted Insignia support. They gave me a couple of things to try. I couldn't get it to work so I took it back to Best Buy. I should note that my soundbar is also Insignia, so it should have been a no-brainer.
